Today we came into to look at a unit to store our boat for the off season. We were let into the office by the only staff member on site, her name is Patty. She let us look at the unit first and then assisted in getting the paperwork taken care of. Patty was very helpful and did her best to make sure that we had a good experience. From start to finish it did roughly take at least an hour or so. We were offered waters while waiting. The only suggestions we have are that for the office space area where people do come in to do the signing and paperwork, there should be some sort of seating for people who are not able to stand for long periods of time because it did take a while to get everything together in the end. It would make it a much more comfortable space if they offered a seating area for people. Overall Patty was great and we give her a 5 star.
If you are looking for storage..I recomend Public Storage on Cherry Glen Rd! I've been working with Patty the Property Manager and she really is a pleasure to work with. She obviously is a seasoned professional and just makes everything feel like a breeze! Rhe prices are great and easy access too! Thanks Patty for taking care of us over there.

The service I received, at the Cherry Glen Rd Vacaville location, from the site manager, Patty was excellent. She was very patient while teaching me how to use the new type of lock. She made it convenient for me to use the inside restroom facility as she was juggling responsibilities to the many clients who were on site & in the office when I was there. She thoughtfully provided me with cool water on a hot day. I found her to be very considerate, kind as well as efficient.
