I just signed up with Public Storage at 5920 Cherry Glenn Road in Vacaville CA. I had just recently moved from Salem Oregon. Patty made everything easy and smooth. It was a great and professional.
The storage facility is well-kept,the storage managers /staff are very helpful,polite and are customers- friendly !
I give the storage a five star because Patty has the best customer service. She has helped me with my storage unit and I recommend the storage for anyone storing something small or big. I like that the property is clean and they even have a restroom for the customer. I haven’t had a lot of storage in my lifetime however what storage place has a restroom for the customers? The service I received, at the Cherry Glen Rd Vacaville location, from the site manager, Patty was excellent. She was very patient while teaching me how to use the new type of lock. She made it convenient for me to use the inside restroom facility as she was juggling responsibilities to the many clients who were on site & in the office when I was there. She thoughtfully provided me with cool water on a hot day. I found her to be very considerate, kind as well as efficient.

Patty and the facility is great very clean and it’s new. Patty customer service was 5 star here’s why. A quote was displayed on paper and told to me, but was not registering in the computer. She made over 5 calls to get some one to help her figure out how to get me the deal displayed. Patty did it and I walked away a happy customer 🤩.
I was in need of safe, secure storage space and had this facility recommended to me by a friend. Wow, am I impressed! The grounds are spotless, security is top notch and I have peace of mind knowing that all of my belongings are well protected and in a clean space. Highly recommend!
