Don't rent here whatever u do these people who run it are power trippers they seem cool at first but they are never in the office and they make it difficult for you to pay and plus you only get two hours a day in your storage they rip people off and harrass you every min your here. These people are acting like wardens saying there's a new sherrif in town like dude back off and let me get my moneyes worth we didn't know how mean these workers were

Communication is not good at this expensive place. I'm still being charged for insurance on a unit I'm not even in. Matthew is a good asset. He at least tries to rectify the situation. Do better
Matthew was very helpful, he went above and beyond his duty to help me. But what impressed me the most was his great customer service, just being able to have a conversation with someone that was personable, kind hearted, heartfelt, paid attention, and actually listened gave me hope for humanity. I'm a personable person and I feel that now days people lack being able to communicate with people on a personal and professional level. I had a great experience with Matthew just being able to have a real conversation with someone that I was doing buisness with. Usually everywhere I go people are so blah or rude but Matthew was not, thank you for helping me and for having a true conversation with me, sometimes that's all a person needs in they're day.
no stars!! matthew is running this place like a natzi! he refuses to leave the restrooms open like he is supposed to and then gettnig him to open it when you ask is like pulling teeth, matthew must have been hired to stare at the surveillance footage because thats all he does all day! he also is slandering his cowoker by saying false things about her to customers which is very un professional and illegal! speaking of illegal, hes also throwing away a former resident property managers mail away, (oh that would be my mail as im the former property manager) which will have consequences as its a federal offense. matthew thinks he can do and say whatever he wants without repercussions, boy does he have a reality check coming!!

The rep went over and Beyond the service of duty. When I made the initial call she advised me that she was at a different location and that I could meet her there and what time she will be at the original location. I set up a time to meet at the original location West Lane at 5 o’clock got there at 5:15 she was still smiling encouraging as well as knowledgeable about her business I appreciate that she double check thoroughly everything that we went over everything that we did before I left that door thank you I will use the service again and then tell other people about the service

When i first started renting a unit here i was having issues with the staff harassing me and being rude. I was looking for a different venue to store my belongings but then they ended up replacing the staff. The new woman in the office Gina is great and she actually cares about the safety of our belongings. She worked quickly to resolve security issues. I feel like my belongings are safe with her on top of things.
I was not a Public Storage customer, but because of suggestions as to }}why{{ I should put a Public Storage unit in my name, I did ... HOWEVERafter months of it being paid late ... I discussed this matter with the other party, and decided to put A DIFFERENT unit in the other person's name would clear me if any wrong doing, this months long issue was completed as verified around 4:45 PM today, the staff is very helpful, and understanding ... I would rent a storage unit from Public Storage in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
