I come to this storage all the time for the past couple of years for work. Always have been helped by farhana whenever I needed anything. Have had nothing but good experiences!
I recently ran into a couple issues with my vehicle as well as thinking the trash receptacles were for us to use. I thought for sure I was going to get the boot. Instead I received compassion and understanding. I will personally thank Farhana the next time I see her. She let me keep my vehicle there until It got fixed or towed and took me on my word it would be out as soon as I could get the necessary help. Then a couple of times I did leave a mess in front of my unit and she politely and respectfully asked me if I could clean up after myself. Her positive attitude made it easier to admit my faults without excuses . Very clean and organized place. Rates are cheap and I feel safe. A+

I saw the ad for 1 month for a dollar. The female clerk said I couldn't get it and didn't explain why. I was made to buy their $20 lock, whether I wanted it or not.
Had the best experience so far at the South San Francisco Public Storage today.
My fiancé and I always use public storage for all of our moving needs fast, professional and convenient. The sweet lady, Farhana provided the best customer service today, professional, friendly and thorough, and I will always recommend this location to any one who has any future storage needs. They won’t disappoint - always pleased.

Easy access and great service, though my code does not work, I have to go during their working hours to get in. I've had my unit 10 years, it's a 10x10. My rate has gone from $219 to $660, it time to clean it out. If I got a new unit today it would be $321. If you are a longer term user, it's worth getting a new unit. I have paid over $50,000 for my junk.
