Strange almost never staffed.
The on site manager was a very professional and nice person. The unit was clean and ready for immediate use. The grounds were in very nice condition too. All in all, a very good experience.

Everything was clean and everyone seemed very on top of things Cindy was helpful but the one special thing that stood out to me was the other day it was super hot and my mother in law was overwhelmed and overheated due to the heat and one of the staff notice how fatigued and stressed my mother in law looked and I’ll never forget her name (my sister has the same name Mika ) Out of the kindness of her heart offered and insisted my mother in law excepted her bottled water it was the sweetest thing ever she really went above and beyond . Gold star for mika! Cindy gets a cookie! Thanks lady’s good job!

Cindy helped me tremendously in figuring out the process of closing out one of my storages and the time frame to consolidate so I wasn't billed unnecessarily. She was very professional, had a good knowledge base, and was very pleasant to work with. The units are well secured, easily accessible for customers, impossible for those who are not supposed to be there. I felt very safe with storing my belongings there. Because of that I would definitely feel comfortable opening another unit there in the future, especially because Cindy made doing business with Public Storage on Santa Rosa Avenue a complete pleasure. Had a fantastic experience with this storage facility and with the person who ran it. The staff was incredibly understanding of my unfortunate situation and extremely helpful. Getting set up and loaded into my unit was smooth, easy and I was left without any questions due how thorough the staff was.
