Before the good review, let's start with the difficult parts of life, getting through these times is better in a survivor frame of mind vs a victim mentality. Few of us turn to any storage service because life is great, more likely, it's gone sideways & we deal with it like an adult.
On to this review & the good things. Number one is Nick of my 831/93955 Sand City Public Storage, after a week of no followup to phone voicemails during a workweek, concerning changes to my autopay, a new issued debit-card & the increasing monthly rate, I nearly threw in the towel then, unexpectedly, Nick reached out to me & heard my concerns & addressed them to my betterment & relief, I'm grateful. Nick appealed on my behalf for a rate reduction given my financial hardship. Nick resolved my updating of my autopay details.
His commitment to prompt customer service & the important followup is how it should be done, his associates take note.

About the location:
The Sand City location is easy to get to, easy to park in for loading/unloading for both large moving trucks and personal vehicles, includes member-only access safety features with personalized entry codes and locked doors at all times, is always clean, is temperature/climate controlled, has a spacious elevator, and has no pest issues. There are usually enough moving carts available, but sometimes you have to wait for one to be returned. There's also a public bathroom in the office, which has come in handy on multiple occasions. And, the office sells moving supplies, in case you find yourself needing more tape, paper, or boxes etc while in the midst of move day.
Wendy, the on-site manager, has been most helpful! I am breathing easier since she locked me in with a favorable rate and explained the rental procedure patiently. Thank you!

Customer Service here is excellent. She was kind, informative and willing to help, even at the end of a long day for the both of us. I was ready to leave, but she helped me find solutions that kept me as a client.

I came in seeking for the perfect sized place to house my belongings while going through a transition and Wendy was helpful, professional and resourceful. I was having trouble completeing my registration online and she was a gem and talked me through it. When she found out there was a little glitch, she simply completed it for me and then showed me to my unit! This made my week because I really needed this space and she answered my ridiculous questions......thank you Wendy!

Briana was such a sweetheart, we have the same name which is funny too. Anyways, she let me and my husband talk on and on, long story short is we just got married and are moving into a bigger place together, and helped us figure out the perfect size space for our stuff! I was so confused coming in here but she was able to get answers for me, definitely will recommend friends here just because of her service :)

Tracey and Juan delivered stellar customer service despite my confusion about the right space to choose and associated rates and additional fees. They were patient, kind and made certain all my concerns were met. Tip: Be sure to bring proof of existing personal belongings insurance before signing up so that you can meet the compulsory insurance coverage requirement and avoid the fee otherwise added to monthly rate.
