Great customer service!!!
Despite the switch in ownership, our new property manager James is excellent.
He went above and beyond to explained our sticky situation.
He is very patient and I have to give it to him... he handled angry customers very well.
James and the new ownership took care of us. He handled irate customers such as myself professionally.
New person name James is a Very pleasant gentleman in comparison of the previous representative. I noticed how well maintained this place is. It's been years since I rented a space here and WOW what a difference!
They nickel and dime you all day. $20 to speak to a human no one in the office to talk to free. Cut my 3 locks off at 7 days put their locks on my unit. Changed the access hours from 7 to 7 to 6 to 6. Public Storage just sucks all around.
So if you're moving in on the 1st of January, you cannot access your things?
They don't get robbed it's the property managers brother who goes through picks out what they want turn around and sell it at the flea market and pretend they got robbed.
