Every time I came there must be something broken. The first time the restroom and driveway exit were broken. The second time, the three elevators at the back of building were broken. We had to walk across the whole building to access our cube when we have lots of stuff to move (10x15 sq feet), significantly slower our progress down.

I went to Make My Storage Payment for the Month, and had the pleasure of doing business with "Maria", at the Tully Rd. Public Storage. After She accepted My Payment, I informed Her that two of My Units Rent were raised. She contacted the Payment Office, and informed them of My concern. I have 3 Storage Units, with Public Storage, and I'm on a Fixted Budget.I told Maria I'd like to, eventually, consolidate, and, possibly, move to the Tully Rd. Location. My Units are on Aborn Rd. I do business with Kolbie, who has, also, accommodated Me. "Thanks "Maria", for contacting the Payment Office to report My Rent Rate increase Issue! 🙂

We seen online they’re storage units for a 5x5 was available. We came in for our reservation and we had the most pleasant experience with Kathy. She showed us to our unit and when we expressed that it might not be big enough. She gladly showed us a 10x5 which she also recommended because of it being cheaper. We took it and are now new storage unit renters. Big thanks to Kathy for her genuine kindness and for going above and beyond the customer service and support standards.
Price has risen over 40% in just 14 months. Place is only open until 5:00 or 6:00 every day. Cancelling.

Great spot for storage!
I've had a storage unit here for about 9 months and just downsized to a smaller space. All interactions with the team here have been fabulous and they've always been super helpful. Z and Mikey took great care of me this time and made the transition so easy.
The facility is clean, well lit, with easy parking for vehicles and trucks to make moving in/out very smooth. It's also secure with external gates, access during business hours, and required security codes for accessing the elevators.
I had never rented a storage unit before, but Kathy was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions and got me checked out and able to move my stuff in very quickly. Glad I made the choice to rent here for temporary storage :-)

I have been wanting to switch units for many years but I kept delaying it until I decided to go to the office this weekend and was attended to by Z. Z was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get a new unit. He patiently answered my questions about pricing and the available units up until I have set up payments. He was honest and conducted the transaction seamlessly. He even followed up and checked on how we’re doing with moving in. Amazing customer service. You’re cool Z!

First off, there's a ton of fake 5* reviews here. Make sure you sort and read the real reviews 4* & below. They no longer allow patrons to use the many bathrooms although there's no price cut for the missing convenience yet 1 newer Rev claims bathrooms are clean. What bathrooms? In conjunction to their extremely limited hours, my belongings have been trapped here for over 2 years - I can't spend time sorting since I can't relieve myself and can't take off work just to spend a day moving. Go elsewhere.

Had no problems with them until they didn't even give me enough time to settle my bill and then sold it after sending me an email about my next bill. When I asked for the website for the auctions my unit was never on that site but I got an email anyway about how my unit sold. And the entire time I was in contact all they said was there was nothing they could do but they wanted to help. Yeah, sure sounds like it you liars.
Awesome Customer Service the Manager Z is awesome and very understanding and will work with you just be honest and communicate. Only downfall are hours wish they had extended hours available or were open a bit later than 6 pm But please beware they are extremely on it when they say you must be out by 6 pm so take it very seriously.

Mike is so awesome!!! This location goes above and beyond for their customers. I found myself in a difficult situation when I lost the key to my unit. Mike was able to call the district manager and get him to help us right away!
Wish they extended their hours. The long and sometimes dark corridors are pretty spooky and the inside is a labyrinth. There are maps on the wall, however. Key code required for nearly everything.
It’s hard to deal with a move but public storage made the transition easier. Kathy and Malani gave excellent customer service. They were informative, professional , and extremely friendly. The facility was clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location to others .

Extremely well-maintained, clean, safe. We had some expensive audio/visual equipment there for four years, and when we finally emptied the locker everything looked the way it had when we first stored it. And the staff is helpful and friendly.

Very nice facility and staff, but do not be fooled by promos. You will save pennies in the first months compared to the astronomical costs later.
They almost doubled the price after 4 months even though initially stated that the rate won't be raised for 6 months, and the average rate increase is under 10%.
I was just at the towing unit and came in and got the best service from Malani and Cathy and I love coming here because of how great the services is I also love Mike he is absolutely amazing he got me a great deal on my unit and the help here was just phenomenal I totally recommend this place because of the great service you get at the front from the ladies Malani and Kathy and Of course Mike who is my absolute favorite thank you guys for the excellent service you guys deserve a raise for sure!!!!

WOOOOO!!!!!! Best storage EVER!!!!!!!! I got a climate controlled storage for my collectibles and my life has improved immensely since my old lady stopped nagging at me to clean out the garage. Great prices, and the guys in the office got me exactly what I needed.

Malani is a very sweet n kind employee someone u want to get to know she has alot of respect n can make u laugh n mikey he is a friendly n respectable person I would recommend this storage n have phone respestion inside not like other storage n u can now open the gate n doors n elevator with your phone n they keep the place clean as well

I recently had to move out of my home last minute and I had a lot of furniture i couldn’t utilize anymore so I decided to stop by the nearest public storage. I was in a pretty bad mood to be honest but when I arrived, but Melani was so kind and inviting I almost forgot why I was mad in the first place. She was very knowledgeable of the unit sizes and recommended me the perfect unit for the amount of stuff I have. She made my first time renting with public storage very pleasant. Everything has been great so far !

I had an overall great experience renting a unit from this location, the facility is one of the cleanest and well kept I’ve been to and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Erica and the rest of the team helped answer any questions I had and were great on my move out date. One of the best storage facilities in San Jose, I highly recommend this location!!

I was very clueless about navigating the facility but the staff was extremely patient and friendly! It made moving out a lot more enoyabke than expected. I would definitely use this specific location again
