This review is directly for the employee at 2380 quimby avenue named Felix.......So I've had my issues with public storage in general and the quimby and Capitol location is not my store but I did go in there to pay my bill when I was having some issues with late fees and liens and all of that Felix the young gentleman that helped me was more than helpful knowledgeable compassionate understanding he went the extra mile to make sure that everything got done correctly he had great customer service skills he was polite the entire time even though I came in rather frustrated he helped me work through my issues and because of him I am still a happy customer of public storage today

I originally had a reserved space at another storage facility and came to this location by mistake but I met Jasmine who is the manager and she made it an easy decision for me to rent with her. She walked me through everything and made it easy to understand.

I helped my son move into a storage unit which was difficult enough. Jasmine however really made this a great and easy experience. She was the only good thing that happened during this hectic day. Today I went to a public storage on Quimby to inquire about a unit that me and my wife will be needing in March. We met a lady her name was Milani, she made our experience so pleasant she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the size we will be needing. She explained the rental process very thoroughly and ensured us that if we had any questions in the near future that we could call back or stop by. My wife and I will be coming back in March to rent a storage unit. Hope to see milani again. Great experience!
