I don't know where to start, first off I went through a spectrum of issues on my storage unit. I have been a long time and loyal customer.
I won't get into the long list of issues, but want you all to REMEMBER to make sure your AUTOPAY is always activated. Ana my Public Storage rep failed me and left me to dry. I don't recommend working with her. She is unfortunately not experienced and not looking out for your best interest.
Now I would like to put a spot light on 2 stellar employees that have gone above and beyond to make my experience better.
Luz and John went above and beyond to make my bad experience become a spectacular experience. Luz was the first to take initiativeand really make sure I was taken care of, then Jogn took the alley-opportunity and made it a slam dunk.

Jon is the absolute best!! I recently just moved out of my rental in San Diego and into a perfect 10ft x 10ft storage space and he couldn't have been a better help! Facility is really easy to use, I feel really safe with my stuff over there. Jon is kind, courteous, polite, and really willing to help out in any way he can! Above all else, Public storage is the best and Jon is the reason why at this place!!!
Apparently the registration process is self serve so I couldn't see someone when I stopped by. Called outside and made an appointment that day but no one was around. If there are issues you have to call and talk to an agent. Had to call again and make an appointment for the next day to meet in person and everything was set up.
I was able to move my things same day I got my unit. On my last load I could not find a hand cart but was told to look around near the elevators. I didnt have access to go to other areas but Luz let me through other areas to get one. Service was great when received and like how getting in/out using the app access.

Price gouging. Monthly storage fees just went up by 30%. Not exaggerating. Less than 100 sq. ft. went from 350 to 440 a month. Rip off. Getting out stuff out and will never use this place again. Predatory pricing.

I went to Public Storage at the last minute when another rental unit fell through. Cat was fantastic! She helped me rent a space quickly and without any hassle. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.
Facility is immaculate! Floors, doors, units, everything is always very clean. Climate control was excellent. I rented and vacated my unit entirely through the app. The app also gives you access for the main gate. The only downside is not being able to access help. My entry code was changed and I wasn’t notified, it took quite a bit of effort and waiting to speak with someone over the phone. Once I was connected with a representative they were extremely friendly and helpful. Other than that small hiccup, things were perfect. I highly recommend!

Nice facility very spacious with plenty of lockers and movement room when you're taking things in or out, pretty good amount of cameras and access control. Staff are nice and easy to work with, Cat helped us out and did an awesome job with the multiple units we rented in one day very fast and efficient getting us moved in.

I was so impressed with this facility, it's so very clean. The lighting was bright so you can see better. I can't say enough about the service here, Dulce was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me around and explained clearly on everything.

I started searching for an appropriate storage facility on June 27, and by the evening, I had secured an excellent unit in this Public Storage on World Trade Drive. While I’ve had a tumultuous time, Amanda, the property manager, made sure to welcome me to the facility, she toured the area with me and provided multiple options for me to access my unit. Not only was she incredibly professional and kind, she was supportive as a human, sharing her belief that good things will come and I will be OK. The humanity she shared with me made me feel like this Public Storage facility was going to be a safe space for my belongings, and oddly for me as well. To ensure the safety, Amanda explained her duties to check every lock, to monitor the hallways and clean the facilities every day. Her confidence and assurance left me feeling confident in my choice for choosing this particular location. Honorable mentions are the two folks I spoke with from the call center, whose names, unfortunately, I do not recall. Overall, my experience with Public Storage in securing a safe storage unit at the location I desired was top notch, hence the 5 star review. Thank you for your help as I rapidly transition my life from the known to the unknown.

Had a great experience at Public storage. The customer service was above and beyond any customer service I’ve had on my whole trip from New Jersey to California. Mike is phenomenal. He came outside met me at my camper walked me out back showed me the choice of spaces. Once I was inside he help me complete all the paperwork in a friendly manner having worked in retail my entire career I’m aware how rare this type of customer services today. This is an employee Public storage better make sure they keep.

We have used this facility to store our furniture between moves for a year. Great facility. And what makes this experience really five stars is Mike. He went above and beyond to help us coordinate our move out of the facility. We used PODS. Mike checked in on us, gave us and our movers lots of direction and help, and even got us water. I was impressed with Mike, the property manager. His work ethic and customer service are outstanding. He attentively listened to my needs and helped me from selection process to moving day. I was amazed that Mike had sticky notes with my name on the walls leading the way to the storage unit. That made the move a lot more efficient. The movers shared that in 10 years of career they were never treated this well by a storage facility manager. Even parking beyond a secure gate was orchestrated with selected spots for all of us that day, so the unloading from truck to elevator was a short path. Mike also gave us bottled waters and checked up on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Normally moving is very stressful, and Mike's positivity, strategic-orientation, empathy and support made it all go smoothly.
In addition, this specific facility made me feel safe. The neighborhood is great, and the facility is new-ish, modern, high-tech, secured with access codes every step of the way (from entrance, gates, to elevators), there are many security cameras throughout the facility, and it's super clean everywhere, including bathrooms.
Mike is stupendous! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, thorough and attentive. He was very efficient with the entire experience and not only did he help us through the process of renting, he went above and beyond with walking us through every step of the way. His kind and friendly service was refreshing and helped make this experience feel super safe and easy. The location itself is in a very safe area and Mike ensured us of all the extra safety precautions that they take for your storage. Highly recommend you come in to speak with him about your storage needs. We’d give him 10 stars if it was an option.

Mike’s customer service today was outstanding. He helped us with a lock issue we were having on our storage unit and went above and beyond his duties to help us put another lock on it. I would highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.
This place is really nice! I had a couple of questions before using my storage unit for the first time and Mike was above and beyond helpful! He made sure I knew where my unit was, how to gain access to the gate and elevators with the app, and answered every single question I had! Just amazing overall customer service which makes a world of a difference. I’m so glad I chose this location. Thanks again to Mike for helping me out with anything I needed! ☺️

Cameron and Mike, are honestly…amazing. Customer service levels are so exponential with these two. I’ve dealt with a lot of people in life and these two are just a joy to deal with even when dealing with a serious situation. They are attentive, remember who you are, and are patient (as my mom loves to chat forever on bad situations and they handled that like a BOSS)
I love this facility mainly due to the faculty. I’ve moved hours away, yet I find myself keeping them due to their great customer service.
If there were awards for handling customers, this facility would be in the nominations.

Great place with Mike in charge every thing was easy and simple Mike is very helpful with all of it he walked me to my storage spot and showed me how everything worked. Also very clean place no dirt anywhere that I was in. Mike made it a 5☆☆☆☆☆ experience

This is a really nice/clean storage facility. Love how you can manage the experience such as opening doors using the app, auto pay, and schedule a move out. Cameron was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful--i originally scheduled a moveout for Wed 1/19 but finished on 1/17. I ran into him in the hallway and asked that he check me out of Public Storage. Done! Emailed final receipt and confirmation the same day.
