To start there were infested with cacaroches in the unit I rented, I had to spray with bug spray, then next day I informed staff about the problem she said she would let corporate know if they would ok to get a exterminator to spray? Staff informed me that Didn’t happen, the problem still continues? In these units. the cement lip as you open the roll up door, my husband and i tripped and fell, this is a hazard he hit his head and hit his arm and banged his knees, as so did I, staff Toi was helping a customer, my husband wouldn’t stop crying, he was in pain, and wanted to go home, My husband has dementia, when I came back to storage I want to talk to Toi, and she seems more informative and told me that a report has been done, someone would contact me, till now has not happened, would I refer this place, Never, I will let everyone know about my terrible experience, and about the situation I had to deal with.

Girl with red hair there was very polite. She reccomended I get a pack of boxes for around 20 dollars. It helped my moving process immensely. The other manager aishia was also very nice

I had a great experience while renting from this location. Aisha, the property manager kept in contact when I had fallen ill and my unit became delinquent. She worked with me to ensure I did not loose my belongings in lien. Upon moving out, I was unable to be there physically but she made sure that my closing was made as easily as possible.

Hate the extortion racket and economic predator that is Public Storage that takes advantage of the elderly, disabled and veterans. But people who help you on the phone like Heather are great.

Aisha who is the on site property manager REALLY helped me out. Very professional, very straightforward. This woman cares about her customers and really aims high. I recently came across an unfortunate situation that led me to fall behind $$.
