UPDATE: I recently found out that I can do a 24 hour access to the facility for an extra fee on a month by month basis. Norma, the other storage manager informed me of this when I mentioned we had to turn around for to some issues with our load coming to storage because we wouldn't make it in time. This was really great to learn and tho we may only use it a few times for the month, what a lifesaver this option is. It's not exactly cheap, but not horribly high priced and definitely would've saved me about that much in fuel had I known (driving a diesel truck during the Iran war that has fuel prices above $8 some places.)

INITIAL REVIEW:
I wasn't sure when these guys took over my old storage place, it's the second acquisition. But it's customer service that, for me, makes or breaks a place. Ms Rissa is great. I had some issues getting my new contract signed since I'm located about an hour away and getting everything right with the app. Even tho it took a couple of "tag you're it" phone calls, when we finally connected, Ms Rissa really helped me out and saved me money. I'll be sticking with these guys and not moving my stuff too soon (although I do need to downsize, but that's on me and my girl.)

I called very frustrated with the process of Public Storage buying CubeSmart and requiring me
to sign a new contract. I was told previously that I had to go into another location to sign a new contract. When I did that the other location didn’t know how to do it.
However, when I called Ripon, Rissa helped me navigate the app and do it seamlessly and with a TON of patience. She was a joy and made me feel so much better about my bad experience thus far. Public Storage needs to hire more Rissas!!!!
