Tristan was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable on every question we had (which was a lot lol) very friendly, and was super helpful. Facility itself is very clean and seems safe. If I could give a higher score I would, excellent service.

Tristan is very helpful. On my first day, he made an effort to say hi to me and answered all my questions. He genuinely seems to want to provide hospitality to new customers. I also noticed he was walking around the parameters when i first drove in and saw that he walked around the parameters multiple times, which makes me feel assured that he is watching to make sure that there is no unusual behaviors occurring based on the two times that ive been there the first week. So far just based on customer service and providing info on my first week, I am very happy. Thank you Tristan for your excellent customer service. I also noticed that my storage was clean and lock was provided. Will definitely provide an updated rating after a few weeks to get more idea of the storage unit, itself.

Go on-line for the best price, be prepared to pay more after 3 to 5 months as that is what they will do, then be prepared for another price increase again after 1 year or before.

Had my first storage unit experience today. I was greeted by Tristan who was very helpful. He helped me navigate the property and showed me how to secure the lock. To my surprise, my unit was like Dr Who’s Tardis - shockingly spacious with plenty of room to store all of my treasures.

Got a good deal on the rent for the first few months, after that the rate increased to over $300 for a 10x20 unit so kind of expensive. Did the job though, easy access, safe, kept everything dry. Tristan was very helpful on my move out day.

Great experience moving into my Public Storage unit here. Tristan was extremely helpful, informative , professional and courteous. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I felt very reassured and in great hands the whole time. My unit is easily accessible and I was able unload 60 or so boxes into the space easily and quickly. Heavy duty lock on unit. Easy secure access with iPhone app.

They get 5 stars because of Tristan. After a long day of moving to get to my storage at another public storage facility I found out that I can't get to my storage because they are digging up the lane that leads to the unit. No notice or anything. Could have sent a text at the least. From 1130am until 820pm I had obstacle after obstacle in my way and a lot of people telling me they can't do that and what did I want to make this right. I don't want to come up with the solution for a problem I didn't create. Anyway Tristan came to the rescue and did what Noone else could and helped save the day. They need more people who can say yes and come up with a solutions. Thanks Tristan. As for the rest of public storage and the facilities I give? You. 2 stars....edit, the 2 stars should be for the other properties. I will correct thus. The Boulder st facility is not part of my problems that day and did nothing but help me.

Well I called the Pleasanton facility and I spoke with someone named April I already have a storage in San Leandro but am moving that way and I talked with April as if I known her for a long time she has great people skills and was very kind answered every question I had it just seems like she brightened my day keep up the awesome job April ur an amazing employee

My locker was broken into and the managers would not respond to any of my phone calls or messages left. The corporate customer service was no help. All they wanted was payment. Not a good place to store your valuables.

Place was really clean and the manager on duty was excellent I had gotten my self locked out.It was her day off an she still assisted me Jennifer is greatest manager.

Wonderful location and easy to work with, especially Marshall who works in this location, I would like to give for his service 5 stars. Great guy, lots of patience, listening quality and willing to find creative ways to assist customers. Keep up the good work, Marshall. We need people like you. Thanks
