If I could give this place zero stars I would. manager has horrible customer service. The manager is never in the office it's always locked. They kick you out for reasons that are not on the lease agreement. The units are only drywall so if you want to get into the units around yours just kick right through filing a report with the BBB.

I am leaving this storage at the end of this month. I have never been told that staying at your unit more than 20 minutes was loitering. I have congestive heart failure and work very slowly, I explained this to the Manager Brianna who has no idea what I am trying to explain to her. She has reported me so many times and never once ever came to speak to me in person. I lost one storage because of her and so I am leaving before I loose my other one.
Briana helped make my move easy, highly recommended her when you rent.

The place is well kept and Jennifer did an awesome job! She walked me through the process and answered any questions I had, she was very personable and helpful.
One thing I do recommend is I wish they had more dolly/karts through the location. But other than that, I recommend this place! Make sure to get app access as it makes it so much easier to open the gate without having to get out of your car.
