Great customer service. Good communication. Make sure to call before going in person. If you need to leave a message, you will get a prompt response. Bernadette and Leslie are very knowledgeable about policies and procedures. Leslie went above and beyond to assist my mom as the app was not working. Bernadette gave great customer service (and even knew about affidavits for deceased loved ones - kudos there!) when my mom went in person to get her unit. Great staff :) Nice work!

I love this Plublic storage. The people that work here are awesome. They are very hard workers, The new Girl Jennifer or Jen, I forget which she perfered, is constantly walking the property Keeping it clean, while still acknowledging us renters. She make me feel like family, Well both her and Uggg. I spaced her name well. the cute property manager do. Thank you ladies.
It's a nice clean place. However after just having been there for a few months my rent went up over $20. That came out of nowhere.. it's sad that in these hard times when it's so difficult to make a buck everybody's asking for more, more, more..

No one was there even during the office hours. Had to pay more for trucking and delivery just because no one was at the office to let into the unit. And they cant transfer me to another location. So make sure before you move in to have someone at the property and hope they dont leave otherwise its a waste of time and money.
