Bernadette and Bryan are the best!!! When we first moved in to our storage 3 months ago they were so helpful and moving in was a breeze!!! We moved out our stuff this weekend and we had a hell of a time. No fault on Public Storage, we got a POD from PODS and they gave us a 3 hour window. We emptied out our Space and waited 4.5 hours for PODS!! Bryan and Bernadette were so patient and helpful with us!! Their customer service skills are top notch!!!

I recently went to Public Storage to inquire about renting a storage. I was assisted by Bernadette, who explained prices and answered all my questions. I have never rented a storage unit before so i did ask some repetitive questions and she happily answered them. As Bernadette was assisting me Brian advised her a call was on hold for her. I told her to assist the person on the phone, while she was on the call Brian answered another question I had. Thanks to both Brian and Bernadette for having a smile on their faces and having the patience to answer all my questions.
Bryan is a trainee but you would never know! He was so wonderful!! He knew exactly what he was doing and everything went so smoothly that means he was trained very well and the staff who trained him know exactly what they’re doing and know how to do customer service to everyone’s satisfaction! Bernadette. What an amazing, patient, caring human being. I had a frustrating financial dispute that I had stumbled across and through my anger she remained communicative, thorough, and sincere throughout our entire exchange. She could’ve easily dismissed my concerns and not have cared about my financial obstacles but she took her time to not only help me but call me not even 40 minutes later to inform me that it was resolved. I’m a very isolated individual but each time I went she’d smile, and answer any questions and was always in a great mood. If I was in a position to financially propel her forward I would love to have an individual like her. Disgusting storage, the doors never work, I've needed to take my things out of emergency and I can't open the doors even if I have the key. They raise prices all the time.
I go to other locations and other workers don’t have great costumer service. I came to this location to ask some questions about my unit and Bernadette was able to answer all my questions and tried helping as much as she can. Thank you for your expertise at Public Storage.

Rent went up again after only 5 months since the last increase, can't get a hold of anyone from the corporate office, especially Denise area supervisor. 3 attempts to contact her, message and email left, very poor customer service at this level and above

Extremely bad experiences. Posted sign on the door saying they open at 9:30 AM waited 58 minutes no one showed called property manager and left 2 voicemail no reply back. Called corporate office they sorry we can't held you. Your corporate office your suppose to call the owner and ask them hey where is your manager or employee why is the office not open. It all start with who is willing to take ownership. Good luck with this kind of attitude.
