An awful customer service from a staff with bad attitude. And It was a big mistake purchacing a unit online ( by let the facility pick a unit for me ) without an inspection in believing that everything woruld go smoothly. You may regret it and there is no refund. Also you need to lift the dolly two inches up to enter Anna exit the inside storage unit - ridiculous.

I’ve been renting here since September and received a notice in November that my rent is being raised. They don’t even give 6 months until the rent is raised. Absolutely ridiculous.
