The gentleman at the desk was awesome but unfortunately very unhappy as my unit was placed in someone else's name when I logged in to secure my rental. He had to cancel the transaction which I still haven't received credit to my bank yet and that was the 6th of July and redo it so it was in my name as I organally placed it. Now I can't login

Okay!! I need to say this! My boy nick at the location is the man!!! I don’t always leave reviews but I had to for this location and nick! I was extremely hesitant to use a storage. But when I came to this location and meet nick. Well let’s say it’s been two months and I can sleep at ease. Nick made sure I was completely happy with getting a storage unit. Made it easy for me to say yes let’s get my unit. With how much theft is going on in this world. Having my things in a storage unit scares me. But again nick took that worry away! If it was not for nick i would of not ever been okay with using a storage unit. I see nick every time I pull up to my unit. Checking if everything is okay. Making sure the whole facility is clean and safe! It’s hard to find any work environment where the employees care! It’s always a a good feeling to come to my unit see nick walking around or in the office making sure everything is perfect for me or any person that is looking for a storage unit! Because of nick I have sent anyone one of my friends and family mementoes here to keep their things safe a secure! Thank you soo much Nick for keeping my peace of mind and my friends and family’s peace of mind with our valuables! Janeth was very professional, answering my questions and having a thorough understanding of the process to confirm and authenticate a reservation, initially for a 10x10. All my questions were answered in detail including how to un-enroll from the default monthly insurance. At the end of the 20 min or so period... I inquired about a 10x15 unit and to my surprise discovered that for $3 more per month I could upgrade. Janeth did this without hesitation. Truly a wonderful experience and great lady.

In the last 18 months (from March 2021 - October 2022), Public Storage at 39501 5th St W in Palmdale has raised my rate multiple times, increasing my payment by 55%! $102 -> $115 -> $138 -> $159! They will lure you in with a low introductory rate, and then increase relentlessly. Beware!

Never worry about my items there? I have been a customer for over 2 years now! Love it..
