I went in there just looking for a quote because I heard this place was better than my current storage place. The guy at the front, Alonzo, was super nice and he actually answered all my questions. So props to him because now I'll definitely be switching over.

Had problems in the past with access gate being broken.
They changed the door and lock were changed without us being notified. Things were moved around in our unit without our knowledge or permission. We are going to be contacting corporate office soon.

Now in Regards to public storage pricing. You get what you pay for. Would like for public storage to help out the loyal on time paying clients with multiple units specially with times and gas expenses being high right now.
If Cryssi wasnt the manager here and helped all of us so much. I would take my business elsewhere. Im pretty sure my $1200 monthly would be greatly appreciated somewhere.

I have been with this Property sight for years and Cryssi has always been there for me. Her Customer Service is Outstanding. Whenever I come I call to make sure she is working that day because I trust no one but her. I am short so when she sees me coming thru the gate she steps out of the office and has her step stool waiting for me. She is ALWAYS there to lend a helping hand!
