Gabriela was SO helpful; going above and beyond by helping me assemble a wardrobe box and leaving a trolly inside for me for my after hours visit. She explained billing and insurance costs and made me feel comfortable with my decision to use Public Storage. Lobby was very clean and so was the restroom. Tip: Ask about their specials!

There's really no available way offered for transportation to your unit it's basically up to you how your storaged items will make in inside.

Great self storage! They have carts for you to use! They office closes at 5pm but the facility garage door stays open till 9pm. They are secure and you get your own door codes. The code only works for the floor you’re on. Staff is great and extremely helpful! Lady filling in from Ventura was great and Mikeal was more than great and helpful even on his way out of work when he was closing the office was checking on all renters and accommodating for end of day closing. Like I said the office closed earlier but the facility is still accessible till 9pm!

Kira was such a huge help getting me set up with my unit, and even helping me move in. When I was first checking in there were about 2 other people she was already helping but STILL made sure I was able to get checked in and situated with my unit despite already being busy with other customers. When it came time for me to move in she even helped me bring a couple of things up to my unit because I was moving single handed. She really went above and beyond and could not be more appreciative. Go off Kira !
