I recently used Public Storage on MacArthur Believe in the Dimond area, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Customer Service: The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain all the options available, walked me through the rental process, and ensured I understood everything clearly. Their approachable demeanor made the entire process stress-free. Cleanliness: The facility was super clean! Both the storage units and common areas were well-maintained and immaculate, which gave me confidence in storing my belongings there. Security: Safety was clearly a top priority. The facility had good security features, including surveillance cameras, gated access, and well-lit pathways. I felt completely assured that my items were in good hands. Convenience: The location was close by and easy to access. The moving carts provided on-site were a huge help, making it simple to transport my items. Overall, I had a stellar experience at this Public Storage Facility. If you’re looking for a reliable, secure, and customer-focused storage solution, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future if needed!

I am very disappointed. My unit was broken items were stolen - middle of the weekday! (along with a few other units). I was not notified, and although I have utilized Public Storage for years, and always had an insurance "somehow I don't have it this month". Sounds like shady staff- supposedly, the folks who did it put a different lock on my unit - but they have no photo of the lock. Find another location

We have had a personal and business unit here for over 5 years. Amber has been the best storage manager. She keeps this facility so clean and organized! She’s become like family to our entire Jumpin’ Gymsters team. The growth of our business has allowed us to move into a larger unit and Amber was right there with us for the moves. We cannot thank her enough for being such an integral part of our business here at 1551 MacArthur!

I have only nice things to say about this location. Amber and Rachel are both great. They are always helpful and courteous. The location is clean and the prices reasonable. I highly recommend.

Foolishly, I had my keys to my unit stolen - and from the moment I realized they were gone and called Public Storage in a panic - every single person I spoke with was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. From my frantic first call, to filling out paperwork on-site, coordinating the locksmith, and keeping me informed along the way. Absolutely stellar service. I am so thankful - you all made a scary situation so easy and I felt so taken care of.

Writing my first ever google review to praise Amber, who runs Public Storage on MacArthur. I've had a few extended moves and twice needed to store my stuff for a few months at this Public Storage location. Both times Amber took great care of me. She explained the lease in very clear terms, helped me think through what options were best for my situation, made sure I got the best deal possible, and welcomed my questions and answered them honestly and clearly. She obviously takes deep pride in her work and her facility and cares about her customers. And everything she said was spot-on. This facility is clean, it's easy to get in and out, it feels like your stuff is secure, and overall what you see is what you get (in a good way). But Amber really ties it all together. I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Public Storage because of Amber. Thank you Amber!

Were are relocating to the bay area and while waiting for our place to be move-in ready, we were needing to store some furniture. We had the pleasure of meeting Amber! Our timing was a little off and I believe we unintentionally caught her on her break, instead of making us wait she greeted us with the biggest brightest smile and assisted us. My family and I came for the summer and needed some extra storage space. Amber greeted us with a bright welcoming smile and a friendly but professional demeanor. She took her time to carefully walk us through each step. She even went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the space we were renting. She was very knowledgeable and this location was pristine and fully stocked! Any questions I had, she answered them in a way that made me feel as if she enjoyed her job! I had my stuff in one of there public storage and I try paying on my account but it show that every two weeks it got higher and higher and it happens right I just got thru making a payment on my bill and since I couldn't get up on the bill I had to let all my stuff get auction off and I was very stressful after that so there was no kind of payment arrangement I could of made and this was back in 2012 so very thing was gone
