Nelly was great
Ryan and Nelly we’re so great
stay away from this storage unit, they're essentially taking advantage of you. The starting price was $65, but after 15 payments, it ended up being over twice the original amount. My final bill totaled $130 after 15 payments. They are gradually increasing the price, hoping that you won't notice. It's as if they believe their customers are fools. and when you are asking what’s happened what’s going on? and the answer is oh we don’t know The system is like that. The system is changing the prices.
it’s a huge mistake to having business with them.

Oscar was great. He helped my mom change her email and let us know how we can make payments other than her coming in perosn. The workers here are great and have helped my mom a lot. Oscar was helping my mom in Spanish and it’s somthing that is great for her becasue she doesn’t know know English well.

I did a post regarding them raising their prices on my son’s storage from 148.00ish to over 500ish in one year. Yet, when we checked on spaces for new customers? A third of the price. So, you get rewarded for being a new customer and taken advantage of if you are a long time customer. We moved everything out. I posted about it from my verified Instagram account and Public Storage reached out in DM to “help”. We responded right away and never heard back. They count on people not having the time or resources to go and quickly move out before the constant ongoing price gouging.
Everytime time I come with my family to check out our space I love how clean this property is. The worker Nelly always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this property to rent because it’s clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. Thank you so much Nelly and we look forward seeing you every time we stop by.
Only issue I have is they open to late and close too early

One of the best PS locations I've been to. The Customer service here is so great, they are detailed, kind and so helpful. I've rented two units from this location and they are constantly trying to give me the best deal that fits my circumstance. My most recent attendant was Marco and he was great!
