She should be promoted to Your corporate office and train others. This Public Storage, is clean and well Maintain. And it has all the amenities-, water fountains, restrooms, and easy access.

Monthly price increases are Ridiculous after one year….*EDIT* Now 6 months... JULY 2024: Move into a different unit to get a better rate because of the horrific increases over the past 3 years...DEC 2024 notice today will go up $33 WTF!?!?!

Following up after about 2 years with PS. First 6-8 months, 10x10 went from $315 to $415, just received notice my storage fees will go up again to $540! Staff is great but these prices are crazy increases. I will be removing my belongings. Staff still does a great job but I guess space cost a lot of maintenance. Late post but Monica is amazing and so professional. She really explains things in details and assists every step of the way. Looks to help you with your budget and the best offer. Monica, moving is already stressful enough and I really appreciate your candor.

Yesterday I had the privilege of working with a man named Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and put me and my wife on the right path of what kind of storage unit we would need as we are in between houses. We were pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable he was and how helpful he was. It is always a pleasure to see a young man helpful do the elderly as we are in our older years.

After a really rough start several months back with this location we have run into more trouble. We came a week ago to put more items into storage. Our lock had been replaced by another lock (we are current on our account) and it had obvious signs of a break in. We have a unit inside the climate controlled building. We were told by the owners/management that it was not a break in, they would obviously know immediately because they monitor the coming and going of all people at entry points. That it could have been someone moving things and accidentally knocked into it. Then why doesn’t our key work?? That’s clearly not enough. We had to wait a week to try and get into the unit since they had to have a regional person come with a drill to drill out the lock. They were very nonchalant about it. More interested in making us wait. A week goes by and as we open our unit we see everything has been tossed and upended. Every box and container opened and contents thrown all over the place. Many items broken, mostly items stolen. The owners/management were not even remotely phased by the break in and not at all remorseful or empathetic. You’d think this happens often or they were involved, with the level of passiveness in their responses. Police report was filed but irreplaceable items are long gone. Their mandatory insurance covers 5 k max but only after jumping through impossible hoops to prove it has been broken into and that you own everything you can prove was taken. After speaking with my local city’s fb community groups I’ve found this location has had several years worth of thefts and most are convinced it is employee or ownership related. There are so many of us that have been victim to this location’s prey tactics and the insurance has yet to pay out to any of those victims over the course of the lifetime of this business location. It’s hard to imagine THIS MANY thefts in a safe and uneventful town happening without seeing all the similarities and connecting dots. I am not one for conspiracy theories but this is a lot of coincidences. Quite a lot of them. This town does not often have things illegal happen. But most of them seem to be happening at this location. And they are absolutely crass and unapologetic about it. For context, we left a very toxic domestic violence situation and put what we could of our lives in this facility for safe keeping while we figure out how to make any money off of it. We are living practically homeless while we do this. Those items were all we had left in this world and now that is gone, too. The whole experience has left a very bitter taste in our mouths and we will never allow anyone to go into this location without knowing the risks. BEWARE.

This Publice Storage is Awesome. Aaron and Kenny was very Hospitable and Kind. Aaron was the one that showed Us around He was very Hospitable, Attentive and Knowledgeable. I was able to get My Storage with ease. I really appreciate this place and the Staff has Excellent Customer Service. Thank You Public Storage for a job Well done.

Great place for storage, a lil pricey, but if you need the storage I would still recommend this location.

Honestly you get what you pay for I guess. Few things: What kind of storage facility doesn't provide a moving dolly for all the hours you are able to access your unit??? I'm disabled and work nights, 6am is the only time I can come and you guessed it..." provided for your convenience during OFFICE hours". Only. We couldn't get a unit with street access, only a unit inside the temp controlled 3 story. Which meant dragging all our boxes up into the building, into the elevator, out of the elevator, down the hallways, all the way to the unit. Without the moving dolly. One by one. Speaking of access, you need to use the app or your code to unlock at every step. 1. Get onto the property. 2. Get into the building. 3. Get into the elevator. 4. Get out of the property. Which means, boxes in hand without dolly, a lot of fiddling with an app that does NOT often work to unlock your access. We must have gone in and out of the elevator unlocking it 9 times every time. What is happening with this company???

I recently went into this location on 2 occasions and was really impressed with the staff professionalism. Aaron fully explained the pricing and even helped me map out the size of their smallest unit. I followed up with Amber to ask a couple more questions about the units. The staff was knowledgeable, as my friend and I needed to store books they reassured us that our unit size would be perfect.

Very roomy and neat compound. Great helpful staff. The climate control units make a big difference when storing long-term. However, they increase your rental drastically almost twice a year to almost double the price. Not good for long term. This has more to do with the corporate side, and not the local employees over there who are awesome. Aaron has always been helpful and is very professional with getting us what we need, since we've had several units over there for a course of about 10 years.

I was arrested for trespassing for helping someone else move there storage cause it was after hours charges were later dropped but caused me a big hassle lost my truck in the impound

Everyone providing 4/5 stars now (Just like I did when I signed up)...just wait until your year mark when your monthly payment increases by $26...and again the next year. Crazy! No explanation why, just a letter telling you it's increased. My family and I continue to checkout out of units and into another to lower our costs. We shouldn't have to do that. Ridiculous. MAY 2021: Great online rate moving in. MAY 2022: Rent increased $27 per month (not including insurance)!? MAY 2023: Rent increased $27 per month (not including insurance)!?

They have seggerated the renters into 2 groups the reg ones who have units any and everywhere that are n ot part of the new indoor storage space and everything is monitored as usually but you use an app to open the gate but the rest room and elevators etc.. are not open to all just the person's w indoor units.

So helpful and cheerfully helped even though it was almost closing time. Amber is the bomb.

They charge way to much, they are rude and it takes forever to unload a vehicle because they have one access door and my unit happens to be all the way at the other end of the block. Plus they have water fountains, but its just tap water and its warm. For the price I pay monthly, they should have a butler standing there with a bottle of ice cold water. Just saying. That's my opinion.

When you go and get a storage space there, the ladies are very friendly and will ask you to leave a good review for them. They make the renting process super easy and on the surface offer a really affordable rate. When we signed our contract, we were told it was $187 a month which was higher than we wanted but we still tolerated it. Then, after only a few months, our rate jumped to $255/month! When I asked about it, they said the mailed a letter - but I never received it. I open every piece of mail I get just in case something like this happens and I know I never got a letter from them because we would have pulled our stuff from our unit as soon as we saw it. This place is a scam, charging lower rates just to raise them and hope people don’t notice which worked on me for a couple months. They got an extra $68/month from me for 3 months before I caught on and I’m really upset. I’ll be canceling and pulling my stuff from my unit as soon as I’m able to rent a uhaul - probably this weekend. Before you rent, ask yourself if you’re willing to deal with their inconvenient price changes. Even $10-$15 more a month I would have understood, but in a facility with thousands of units I can’t understand how they needed to jump the prices up $68 in the middle of an inflation crises. This was my 2nd time renting a unit and loved my experience with a different company, but Public Storage just ruined it for me. I’ll store my items in my garage from now on.

They double charged us on our first month so when we decided to move because I was told there was nothing they could do about it and the manager never could get back to me. Great Service!

2/7/22 Called the office to talk in reference to a "lein sale" notice on my unit and my only rent due is Feb 22. The lady in the office was very inconsiderate and rude. She said she didn't care about me moving my unit elsewhere. She said I had to pay March payment as well I argued my legal facts and she changed her story. She then said I was charged a 50.00 lein fee because I didn't pay the late fee (Jan), I was on the phone with Aaron when I made my payment and never advised me that if I didn't pay the 50.00 late fee I would be charge another 50.00 fee plus other fees at all. Very deceptive practices. I'm not paying my unit outside of the mouth due period! This is very predatorial and this matter will be submitted to the better Business bureau and my legal aid. ......7/11 UPDATE: I'm changing the rating because I see either one there are some improvements, or two, I didn't understand the nature of the business and what they have to go through and the things that they hear and excuses that they hear on a daily basis so after further consideration and my conversation today with the young lady at the office, I will have to humbly say that I think they do care and they're not out to just take everybody's property or to cause issues for anybody, they're just doing their job.

I've got my RV parked here in storage, I'm paying over $150.00 a month to park it in a parking lot. They have locking gates, and you need a code to get inside. That all sounds okay, except when I went to check on my motorhome it had been vandalized! They didn't even bother to lock it up when they were done! It was all locked down when I left it the first time. They had gone through all my belongings and basically trashed my place! I am still very upset by this, and feel violated!

Despite the monthly rate & subsequent recent rate increase, I find the staff of Monica, Lu Lu, & Aaron to be rather professional & even quite engaging. I absolutely love this storage place! First the staff are super nice! Lulu helped me get set up and was so helpful from start to finish. The facility is very clean and well kept. The indoor storage building is also very clean, there are multiple employees on the property at all times and are all very friendly. The facility feels safe, quiet and is very accommodating. I had been looking for a unit for a long, Al made things easy!!! I myself have difficulty with apps and online processes, Al walked me through step by step!!! It was quite the process for someone like me and Al was patient and wonderfully helpful the entire time!!! If I compare the professionalism of other companies to Al, I would honestly have to say hands down, it was a blessing to have him as my Public storage associate. Not only was the office nice, neat and organized, the facilities were as well!!! Al made my experience delightful, when I was dreading having to rent a storage space!!! Because I was moving to a smaller home, I needed to find a reasonably priced storage facility in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I did a ton of research on prices and was shocked at the differences from one place to another. Some were downright rip-offs... they really were, blew my mind. Not only did I have a bunch of boxes and other things to store, but I had a baby grand piano which added to my problem. I looked at all the 10x10 units in town and found that public storage was looking like the best deal. I gave them a call ( first spoke to Lu Lu and later Maria) and I have to say the customer service was really incredible. Lu Lu walked from the office to the new building to measure the elevator for me. I was worried it would not fit or handle the weight of my baby grand. She gave me all the specs, weight loads included.. I actually thought to myself most places would ever do that... lol ... but they did. I was sold on this place because of that. I immediately made the reservation online and was TOALLY blown away by the follow ups over he next 48 hours. I got several calls o see if I had an problems with registering my reservation application and if I need an other help. Maria was he follow up person and was also so helpful and go me all sored with pricing, etc. So not only was he customer service first class, but the pricing floored me. It was $30, $40, $50, $60, $70 a month cheaper than he other places I called. PLUS, I got my first month free. I got a less expensive unit on he second floor(so what, it takes an extra 3 minutes to get up there, really no biggie) for a full $100 per month cheaper than the most expensive competitor.... that's a DEAL, I don't care who you are. In this economy, that's a HUGE savings. When I visited I met Arron the manager, as super great guy and he got me fixed up with a couple free push carts, that totally made he unit loading a breeze. Thank again Aaron. Overall, between the amazing customer service, caring staff and the unbelievable deal I almost could not believe getting storage was so painless... and pretty dang reasonable. Even though I had to buy a $20 lock for my unit (extra) I'm saving so much money, honestly that's really not an issue, at all. Don take my word for it, call LuLu, Maria or Arron, you will see what I mean... what a great team and a super bunch of helpful folks. I usually never write reviews, but I got treated so well here, I just HAD TO. I've been in business myself a long time and feel customer service and customer satisfaction are so important today, so when I have a truly great experience as a customer, I really appreciate it. Thanks again to all in the office there, great job! I'll be telling anyone who wants to know how great you guys are down here.

This review is for Lourdes and Monica. As as soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted with a smile and a hello. These ladies are very sweet and professional. I also got the first month of storage for 1 dollar! Not a bad deal. Thank you ladies for such a pleasant experience.

Lourdes and Monica were very friendly and pleasant at the front desk/office. I had been with Public Storage since 2019 and my experience has been great. Never had a bad experience with customer service… The prices going up suck 👎🏽 but guess that’s to be expected in this business… But overall no complaints!

I Yelped this first because I didn't know I needed to Google review. So, the fact I am completing another review is an obvious detail about how awesome I find this staff and facility. I am computer savvy but I had I was kicked out of my on-line reservation. I believe it was my error. When I spoke to Monica on the phone she offered to help me finish it when I went to the office. So Monica was super helpful. Aaron, the manager< was 100% involved and helped me access my unit. I was unfamiliar with the process. On another day Lourdes was also helpful. So, many businesses have staffing shortages. I believe that is unfortunately the case at public storage. BUT a customer would not even know it because of the super excellent staff support. I have had a unit at another storage unit that was "highway robbery" and public storage is not. And I have another current storage at another companies units. I would move everything to Public Storage but I am not that motivated; I am lazy:) The purpose of this review is to highlight the excellence and efficiency of this storage property. Thank you Whitewood Public Storage.

Lulu and Aaron are awesome. Made setting up storage a breeze. Clean facilities, bathrooms, what’s not to like. Definitely recommended.

You can access your storage unit whenever you want through the app and contains all your information plus extra features. Great storage options, security and the staff is very kind, would highly recommend!

Just rented a 10x10. The place is clean and Monica at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. Storage area is nice and well ventilated. My only suggestion would be to somehow allow your customers to make carts available for use after hours, other than that it’s great!

Management staff is helpful, overall rocky experience but it’s on the mend. Aaron is nice, patient, and helpful.

I went to this location with my husband a few days ago to get some pricing and we received the best customer service from Monica. She was very courteous and paid attention to our needs.

2 stars is for Public Storage only but Monica at the Murrieta site we give 5 stars!!!. Because she fought for our rent not be increased. Do not know how Public Storage gets away with raising the rent after being there just 5 months. Rent prices are already too high and when they raise it it's not a few dollars, it's $100!! Thank you Monica for being understanding and fighting for us!!
