I moved to this location about 3/4 months ago. Always clean and easy to get to your storage. Never had an issue with any of the worker. When I had a question they provided me with information and educated me. Wendy did a great job on assisting me with some questions I had and her customer service was 10/10. Usually workers are mad but even with this heat, her smile was shinning brighter.
These people are ready to sell your belongings if you are late on rent. They will charge you every fee possible when you are late. I was behind and was charged late fees for the next month on the due date. Find a smaller company. Don't go to a place that at least in my area has a location near every major street. Ask yourself, why is it so profitable? Their business model is similar to a bank and they have the same type of power. Don't use this company.

She makes sure customers are satisfied, and I was very happy to see her again at this location. It would be great to see her cheerful smile every time I visit my rental storage space. This was one of the few spots I stopped by, it’s a little bit further away from my home but the moment I stepped in I got treated wayy better than the previous spot I went too. Just recently reserved/booked a storage unit and the experience so far has been great. I came in to complete my rental booking and Pedro the manager was of great help. He answered all my questions and concerns I had. He also walked me around showing me the different size units I wanted to see and after letting him know what I needed to store, he let me know which unit size would be best for me. With a baby coming soon, I am happy and excited to finally declutter my home!

The unit we got was a bit damaged from the door but he made sure to make a work order and fix it, and they did fix it fast! 10/10 recommend

Usually only one person working. There should always be someone in the office. Had to use the bathroom and because it’s always locked, I had to wait. Great price and all but needs to have someone in office at all times.

My friend was trying to rent a place for her motorhome. The workers told them.ok park your motorhome in a little spot , then told them they had to take it back out. Because they have to do things online. They wouldn't let them do it online right at the place. To me these workers do not need to be working there. They sound shifty to me

This location doesn’t even deserve one star! I’ve had multiple issues with this location. Poor management! VERY Unprofessional! I’ve called TWICE for a district manager to contact me and NO ONE has returned my call. TWICE to complain to “customer service” again NO RETURNED CALL!! But! When my credit card expired for payment, Public Storage is QUICK to contact you. Public Storage is QUICK to raise their prices to your rental unit. It’s a shame that Public Storage treats their clients poorly. Oh and the family drama the property manager dealing with (how would I know this?) Because the property manager is also on personal calls while making her rounds on premises. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED-DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION!
