This Storage place literally saved my life. I was about to lose EVERYTHING that matters to me. I arrived 15 min before closing to pay my balance in cash. They don't accept cash after 5: 45 Office was closed but she opened it for ne and was able to post my payment. I am so thankful and feel so blessed. I made it to this location late and managed to rush most of my things into the unit. However, one of the female reps came up to reprimand me for being late by kicking one of my boxes from a doorway and then yelling at me to leave immediately even though my stuff was still in the hallway. I understand holding up closing because i didn't review the schedule but it was my first day. I have my things here because of the proximity to my mother's home but if you can avoid the rude staff here try a different area.

I would suggest not to rent here, the prices increase way too much and way too often and besides this place smells so bad, ive seen very sketchy people here often and the elevator is so slow. I hate that i had to walk to the office to unlock a cart. It was just too many downsides to renting here that i had to move out. I called several times to see why my price rate kept increasing and they NEVER gave me a proper answer they just said someone will reach out by email and help you within 24 hours. Its just a no for me. I would recommend people to look else where.

One of the very few places that actually answers their phones. I called to ask about their rates; just basic information to see if they were a good fit. Their employee, a Mr. Luna, answered my questions and then some. He was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. It really meant a lot to me, and it’s so good to see that customer service isn’t completely dead.

The service at this public storage is great, Cynthia and Vincent are always really helpful and friendly. All the staff is really good at answering all your questions and they do so in an amiable manner. The area is really convenient for me and they have several unit sizes from which you can chose. I rented two units and so far no problems for me. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

It’s 2022 and we need a new review. So far since the last few years I’ve had 2 storages here and I’ve been completely satisfied. I just went there this past week and spoke to a lovely young lady by the name of Sheyla M. She’s quite new but we’ll trained. Very cool very calm and easygoing and very helpful. Made my trip over there an in and out situation. The place is still kept clean even the bathroom was very clean. Standard have absolutely been kept good. Good job in helping me get settled in again. Thank you Sheyla! Doing well in my eyes and I do appreciate your help.
I had a very rough moving experience with my movers but Cynthia really changed things around for me when I got there. She was very helpful, patient, kind, and all around a calming spirit. Thank you so much for making the process at your facility go smoothly for me. I had to change units to upgrade to a bigger unit and she was very knowledgeable during that process.

Been renting storage unit here for more than 2 years. After having my unit broken into I started paying more attention to the security flaws this location sufferes from. Went back to my unit today and people are still living in the units. Urine on the hallways, restrooms always occupied by homeless people doing who knows what in there. I received a call from a district manager couldnt answer so I called back. Number given is non-functional. I do must say though that the young man in front desk is SUPER helpful and nice but Im sure theres only so much he can do.

***Update: Spoke to DM and she was kind enough to re-assure me they (PS) was looking into the situation with people living out of their units. Which, should help with the other sanitary issues.

Do not rent here. The units are poorly maintained for security. I rented at this facility for a few months during which it was broken into and looted. It appears my unit was targeted and when I reported the theft to management I didn’t receive an apology and their only response was “it happens.” This also seems to happen regularly as others told me of similar experiences. Upon closer inspection of the building the emergency exit door doesn’t even properly close to the outside street and anyone can walk in. The manager won’t even return my phone calls to file the police report for insurance claims which makes me suspicious about how much they are willing to help to resolve such a serious issue.

the service is good enough to say that they will be able to remind you of your dues to avoid penalties on the monthly payment & the staff are so friendly & easy to be asking things & would really attend to their clients well. the only thing i dont like it here is when youre inside the floor where your storage is that the lights will be timed every 15 or 30 mins if im not mistaken and you have to go back to the area where the lights has sensor & its near the elevators where & its not always a good thing when youre not so familiar as you get lost & sometimes the lights just dont go on when you get to where at times & you have to do it over & over while doing so leaving your storage open where its not comfortable to even leave it as is while looking for that sensor to get the lights on back again.. & also hard to handle the dolly sometimes where the wheels on the front dont turn as it wouldve been easy to navigate but then again its only probably not easy for me & those not used to using it other than that there is none really of an issue to ssy you'll be good enough to trust that whatever you had inside there is safe & until you come back its still gonna be as is when you last left it nothing taken nothing missing.. though they also have a policy that prices will just change and obligated to pay each month for the insurance.
