Easy, friendly, and straight forward. That’s how my process felt when getting my storage unit, when I arrived the unit I reserved had been rented already, but claudia went above and beyond to help me with getting my unit, she made what usually is a somewhat frustrating process feel extremely simple and easy for me, I felt truly taken care of and I felt like the #1 priority. Mateo who was also there helped a lot too, he made sure the unit I received was priced the same, all in all it was a good experience I would recommend anybody who is looking for a storage unit to get theirs here.

I've stored my belongings here before. So far this is my 2nd time & 1yr+ in. I've got nothing but great things to say about the storage units I've rented here. The spaces are clean, the premises are clean. When I'm in my unit, I always notice staff members inspecting & maintaining each floor. A clear tell is having a clean bathroom. Other public storage facilities I've been to have bathrooms that aren't kept as clean as this facility. Another important factor is, there are no pests! I have yet to see a single roach in the building.
The most important factor I look for is service. Today, I had the best service thus far. Times are tough & funds are very important to each and everyone. I had concerns of rising rent. Stefany at the front desk was able to give me every option to save money with rent. I asked questions regarding other units & availability. Stefany gave me an outlook on what to expect if I chose certain options & how pricing would either benefit me or not. I had a better understanding of what to expect from my choices. Stefany was even nice enough to put in special requests to management & they got approved! So friggin awesome! I love this place & people like Stefany make customers like me feel safe & well taken care of. Great job!

Been with public storage 4 a while.first bad experience....disrespectful spanish young woman with dark hair and glasses. Very impatient and difficult to deal with. Did alot of unnecessary action, seems very immature and angry. I'm not a trespasser but she made me feel as though. I was asked to wait outside in the middle of my transaction as if she felt uncomfortable with my presents.
Storage space is great prices okay but the timing is horrible they close way too early and I don't like that at all

I visited this public storage on Sunday, August 27th where my boyfriend and I came to get a storage unit. We were greeted by Antionette and Dayanara who were very sweet and helpful to us! They helped us find the perfect storage unit for our needs at a good price.
Although we had a great interaction, we did come across the problem that the elevators were broken down and there were some very upset customers about this matter. It is unfortunate that the employees and even I were having to deal with this. This is not the first time this problem has happened, mentioned from another customer in line. It seems that the company needs to fix this problem so that it is not a recurring matter for the customers and the employees in the future.
I have used a storage unit from this branch for over a year and very satisfied with their service. I have recently contacted them regarding my unit issue. Antionette helped and took care of my issued very professionally and quickly, and I am extremely happy with the option she provided me with. Thank you Antionette and everyone at this branch always taking care of your customers.

Every time we show up during business hours the door is locked and no employee is around. It’s ridiculous, either you guys hire new employees or change the business hours.
Stephenie was extremely professional and informed me of all my options. She made the whole process so easy. Also thank you to Patty for her help.

Let me tell you that when I first rent a garage it used to be ok ,but every year or so when you least expect their rising their prices unexpectedly. We are in time of crisis and they have to understand that is not the perfect time to be raising prices. Wow really I just cannot believe it .

Crazy, I bet if it's not the biggest storage it's one of the biggest for sure. 2000 units 13 stories tall. When it's closing time if you are not gone the alarm goes off and the police are dispatched so if you have warrants be gone before closing time cause there is no grace period to finish loading your stuff it's all automated alarm system on motion sensors that's just me looking out. Also, you should bring your two-wheeler or wagon I hate having to give someone my ID to borrow a shot-out cart and there might not be one available then you are waiting for someone to finish

I recently started renting a unit at this location mid February. The person who helped me, Stefany, was great. She was thorough, gave me a tour, and has great energy. I love meeting capable managers. The facility does provide dollies, which is nice. Apparently the elevators can occasionally have problems, I haven't experienced that yet. There is also a restroom to use which is also nice, but there is only one. It is not 24/7 access which is a huge letdown. And they close the gate access 15 minutes to 6PM on weekdays. The actual unit has no lighting inside which is also another a huge letdown since you have to rely on the hallways lights and they turn off if there is no activity in the hallway.

I have currently moved out of my home in West Covina, and was looking for a location in Los Angeles to place my belongings. The whole process already is overwhelming enough. Thankfully, Stephanie one of the employees there was more than helpful and informative on every unit how much space and around how much the monthly rate would be. With her help that day, I was able to get a unit and the same day be able to store away my stuff. It’s little things like this that might not mean much to other people, but she has no idea how much she helped me that day. I’ve had a rough week and with Stephanie’s help with the storage unit it was like a breeze. Thank you so much Stephanie for your great customer service.

Absurdly overpriced with uncaring, unhelpful staff. It’s a 13-floor storage facility and they have only 12 dollies for paying customers to use to transport items. When I asked for a dolly, an employee named Stefany told me to “wait around” until one was free. As if I should have to waste my time waiting around after paying $160 for a month here.
The main cargo elevator has been out of service for several weeks. My unit also experienced water damage. Don’t bother with this place unless you enjoy being gouged and treated with indifference.

Listen y’all! I was very confused coming to PS today. I changed my unit because I didn’t know the real size and the gentleman that helped me was super nice. However, then I got kind of lost in the building and STEFANY saved the day! Not only was she an absolute ray of sunshine right off the bat, but she also fixed the elevator that was down and personally walked me to my storage unit and showed me how it worked. It can be intimidating to ask for help but she was so knowledgeable and kind. We also got to know each other a bit in the elevator and it just makes someone feel safe to know a good person is watching over your property. Whatever she is getting paid please double it because she goes above and beyond!

I rented a space with this Public Storage for about two years. I have no complaints with the facilities and the support of its staff. The facilities are well maintained and protected, and while renting, I felt confident my stuff was safe. Whenever I called or was onsite, the staff was warm and helped answer any questions I had. I would definitely rent with them again!

This is my first time using public storage used many other companies like safkeep and a few smaller storages reneisha was one of the most helpful employees I’ve had when renting out and she was really friendly and explained everything really amazing customer service
Employees are excellent but my unit got broken into instead of offering a month off or 50% or anything they just said deal with it your insurance which i will but would have been nice to get some sort of compensation from them again employees are friendly but how comfortable and safe you will feel leaving your valuables there I wouldn’t I’m leaving soon because my floor and and a few others got broken into

Sheyla, Jesus, and Stephanie were super helpful when I had a million questions regarding renting my storage unit. Paperwork was super fast and they were thorough with it while being quick and efficient. The location is huge and clean and I noticed that there are many security cameras which makes me feel safe. Thank you to the awesome team that helped me get my unit quickly! Also, I love that you could go in and out with the access on the Public Storage app. What a plus when it’s 100degrees outside and you could easily get into the gate. 👍🏻 5 stars!!
I would like to share my customer service experience. I rented a unit here because our new home does not have enough space . I move the things myself and organize my stuff in a 5x5 unit. Well after 5-6 months the unit rent went up about $40 bucks more ofcourse like anything else or any rent or gasoline I was not aware I though it was going to be a flat monthly price when I signed the contract . I am not blaming them I just did not read what I signed due to been in a hurry to move my stuff as soon as possible. Advise= Please read what you signed or any extra fee's Well I decided to call public storage in hopes of help and Jesus answer I explained to him it was a little hard for me to continue making those payments if there would be anything else to do and he did he took his time to help me it fid not work but he advise me to call back I am so thankful .
Second time I spoke to & Sheri thank you for also taking the time to help follow up what Jesus recommended . Your help means alot to me and I am so appreciated I really hope your employer recognizes the great work you

The lovely ladies at the counter, Sheyla and Stefani, couldn't have been more welcoming even though, after a crazy day for them ( it was the first of the month), they showed me a unit and got me into the system.
In today's crazy world, it was a delight to encounter those sweet ladies with their friendly attitude.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This location takes no accountability for their negligence and could care less about your belongings.
Their elevators have been down since Dec 30th ! They did not inform ANY of their clients so I had zero idea my stuff would be unable to be retrieved, as I am on the 5th floor.
I moved back to LA and it has now been 21 days AND THE ELEVATORS ARE STILL BROKEN. Thank God I have kind roommates who are letting me use their mattress but the fact that fixing the elevator is not a priority for them is beyond inconsiderate.
They refuse to refund my money for January instead offered a useless credit that’s only allowed for February when I just want to move my stuff! They are short on the phone and have not offered any assistance in retrieving my stuff
They even have the audacity to increase the monthly rent for February even though their facility is not up to standards. You can’t even access the garage to put your car near the units.
So even if I did have the man power to get all of my belongings down five flights of stairs I would have to use a narrow door and walk around the building to my truck.
I have been beyond patient with them and yet they are still charging my card and can’t give me a date for when the elevators will be fixed.
This place is a joke and I plan to look at the contractional agreement with my lawyer since as business they know nothing about customer service and honestly are not keeping up on their end.
This is my first review ever but people should know to stay away from this site if they want access to your stuff

Today, I was completely disappointed with their service & their personal experience or training in customer service. My friend went there to make sure they were open because they had some weird unannounced holiday hours. After we made sure they were open, we load up our cart and get there to be told they were closed. We already knew that the elevator wasn't working. It wasn't working Thursday or Friday so we all climbed up and down the stairs.
When we checked today. The situation was promising because not only was it open but they were working on the elevators. No signs were posted that when we come back with our storage items they would be closed. After, talking with the staff Ijust didn't think that the inconveniences was important to them. They made me feel like too bad, load your junk up and haul it back to wherever you came from. Bad attitude. I want redemption.
