Extremely nice and clean space, I had to upgrade my unit and it was extremely efficient and easy to do so. The staff members Teresa, Evelyn, Dino, and Jocelyn were all super helpful when I was moving in and when I lost my keys and had to get a locksmith to come in and get my space open. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to store your things I highly recommend choosing here.

I tried to throw away my trash . But that required stepping in the “janitors closet to do so”
He treated me like a criminal telling me - never do that again! Like I tried to steal something …
When I was actually trying to help keep this place clean.
Meanwhile someone definitely broke into my unit .
I take pictures every time I’m here . I’m the only one with the key.
Looked like someone ruffled through my whole unit.
And the girl at the call center straight up lied to me to get a sale.
I’d like the district manager to contact me asap so I can review that initial phone call and put in a formal complaint about the employee .
The majority of employees here are untrained , slow , and afraid to say anything / come up with an answer .
Probably because they either don’t know how to do things, or are afraid to say the wrong thing and it comes back on them. Either or is an example of poor training .

Jocelyn Stefan’s Steven were really fast and friendly, super helpful and nice.
This location on Grand, very near Expo Park is by far the best Public Storage facility I've seen. And I have been to many. First, it's brand-spanking new and opened on January 2025. The parking, layout, and security measures taken ensure your stored items will stay totally secure and climate safe. The staff is great, namely Steffane who helped me navigate the layout and security access. I hope to have my stuff stored here for months if not years to come.
