I have used public storage several times at another locations in the past, and the employee at this location (sorry, I don't know her title, but I think she's the manager).
Her name is Abigail (sorry if I misspelled her name) I think she was one of the best I've ever dealt with. When I use storage, I have to put in and take out large items, which is very tedious and annoying for me, but her service has made that a lot easier. Thank you very much, Abigail! I was hoping that the handcart could not be borrowed and the storage access time would be extended by an hour, but her service was excellent enough to dispel those concerns. From the initial procedure to the payment process, it was very smooth and was completed in about 10 minutes. She was very thorough in teaching me how to use the app. It can be said that there are Public Storage facilities almost everywhere, but I realized that even at the same Public Storage facility, customers' feelings can change dramatically just by the way the employees treat them. Thanks to Abigail, my impression of Public Storage has changed all at once.

Came in to get some info for storage. Was help by the manager Diana. She was very friendly and informative. Did not rent since I won’t be needing yet but she was very helpful.

The storage facility itself is excellent, it is secure and feels safe. Most of the units are drive-up units, so it makes moving much easier. However, the one BIG CAVEAT to this location (and I’m not sure if it’s the same across different Public Storage facility locations) is that the property manager is almost NEVER in the office and even if you call the phone line, there is no one to take your call. It’s almost impossible to reach them when you need them and that is very frustrating especially when you’re on a schedule for moving. I took a star away for that reason. I also wish the hours for access extended past 6pm.
