The front desk agents are rude and condescending and will harass you if you're a few days late. I WILL PAY WHEN I GET PAID. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS. LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND BE KINDER!!!!!
Five stars, but only for the service. This is the strangest storage space building I’ve ever seen. The floors are split level, so many of them still require you to go up a short but narrow flight of stairs to access the unit. There was no way that was going to work for me, but thankfully Maritza in the office was amazing and was able to get me a slightly larger unit closer to the elevator and without having to go up the stairs for the same price. Thank you Maritza!

They will charge a non-refundable fee without giving you details of their storage units. Storage units we viewed were highly inaccessible, including using steps leading to units and steps even inside units! This wasn't mentioned anywhere. Dimensions given are of the loft inside of units. They don't tell you dimensions of doors or elevator that lead to the units. They pressurize you to pay citing non-availability. Even if you cancel after realizing all this, you've lost the application fee! This is not fair. Do not sign up unless you have viewed the actual unit & its accessibility.

Weirdest layout of storage units I have ever seen. Staff was helpful when we arrived to move into our unit and realized because of the unit not being a box, we were not going to fit. Bigger unit (more money) and still a weird layout. One building only has stairs and avoid it if you have more than boxes to store. Other building has an elevator, but you must make sure the gate and door is closed or others can get the elevator back to the ground floor. It is a common problem at this location and a real pain when you are stuck on the 3rd floor. Building is kept clean but the hallways have many turns and maneuvering their carts sucks. Oh and some units are still up stairs in the elevator building or need a move able ladder to access. Go look at units before you rent
Diego was incredibly helpful and patient when helping us with our reservation and vacating the prior unit. Even though we came around closing he was so pleasant and nice enough to answer all our questions.

I am moving out of this location. BE CAREFUL! The storage space there is super weird. I booked a 5 x 10 and called the office there. The person on the phone did not tell me the 5 x 10 is a space with two big stairs inside, making the space unusable for furniture, but only boxes. The space rent is $185 (adding insurance is $200/month), so I thought it should be a legitimate room. However, when I arrived with movers and furniture around 6 or 7 pm, we were shocked to see the space has big stairs inside. At that time, the office was already closed, and no one answers the customer service number. The next day, the customer service calls back and gives us the option to move to another space or location, but we have to pay for our own move and the new storage space. Now I am moving out to another storage space, and after checking out other storage companies, I realize how shady this location is! Also be aware on some weekdays during business hours the office is closed.
Update for Ms. Alexandra, through the time I've been renting never once has she been hesitant to help, always with a smile and very kind. Thanks once again.

Elevator is always locked. Absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody available when you need help. Unloaded everything to have to reload it to the car.

About four days ago I rented space here! I never thought this would be an absolute nightmare. From the first day the elevator stuck, I thought it was normal and it would soon be resolved. but last night I arrived with all my things, a large electric bed that requires four people to move, among other very heavy things from my spa salon. but the elevator is stuck on another floor. I had to leave all my things on the stairs of the building and go to my apartment last night. without having access or assistance at all from Public Storage to open a door. Today, April 16, I am waiting for someone from the office to arrive to help me open a door and put everything in the room. They are supposed to arrive at 9:30 am, it is 11:00am, no one has arrived. I had to cancel my entire work day… and now I don't even have a worker with me to get everything in. because yesterday they left and obviously I had to pay to move everything here. I have called Public Storage three times and their response is! - you have to wait until the administrator of that office arrives. I can't even move from here because of the risk of them stealing everything on the stairs of the building and also all the rest of the cabinets by on my car. It has been the worst experience. If you can definitely look at the condition of the property where you are going to put your things 🙏🏼go to a different place it is better to pay $30 or $50 dollars more for a unit where the elevator is not damaged. and you will not be involved in this horrible experience.

Public Storage is running an absolute scam by renting a 10x10 unit that is only 4 ft high and the only way to get a unit with a regular person height is to complete a transfer at the office for a higher rate. The 29$ admin fee is also non-refundable 😁😁😁😡

The storage units are lined with Asbestos. They fixed it for the employees, but they don't care if you get cancer because management was told it was harder for customers to sue for cancer.
