I was looking for a storage facility near my home. I easily located one within a five mile radius of my home. The environment of the building was clean, safe, and easily accessible. Diego was very helpful in renting a space. He made the process move smoothly and he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I definitely feel my belongings are safe here. I don't know who Dulce is? I just moved to a new storage unit! Unfortunately, I put my extra key in my wallet and it was stolen from my apartment! My unit was robbed! I don't know how they knew which unit was mine, so the next day I went mostly all my clothing was gone, I don't even know if I can get an insurance claim! They also picked up my dry cleaning! I don't think the ticket was in my wallet! I prepaid for my dry cleaning! I'm upset because most of the people at my Public Storage know me! I've always known that they must have a locksmith in there employees! Is there anything I can do to find out how they got into security coded gate! That was the reason I didn't worry so much! Can Public Storage do anything to help me?

Having to take your personal belongings to a storage can be an emotional trauma because you just don’t wanna part with your stuff but sometimes you have too much in one place that you gotta take the time and put it someplace else. Safe when you go to that safe place you want to make sure and feel good about where you’re going so you meet someone the first person you meet is the person that’s representing the company Brandy Brandy Brandy is absolutely amazing. She made our transition better than smooth. Words cannot express the gratitude For the time extra time I teach Customer Service so I do understand that what she did she went above and beyond the call of duty and I do know that it was extra so thank you so very much for all that you have done and thank you for representing public storage as well

I came today and the employee by the name "brandy" was super professional and very kind and nice and helped me with every questions I asked. In my books staff of the year!
I urgently needed a storage space same day and I really appreciate Brandy reaching out as soon as she did (9:30am to be exact- this place opens at 9:30am). She was very helpful, great customer service, and sweet. I originally rented a 5x5 unit and quickly realized I needed a bigger unit and that was no problem for her. She was able to get the a 5x10 unit within a blink of an eye.

Had a great experience Patrice was very professional walked me through the building recommended me to a local mover who helped us through the process, and when it looked like it would take longer than closing time she didn't pressure us and gave us the reassure to move. Showed great customer care and since moving here every month when I came in for payment I was greeted with a smile and a story.

I have been in customer service for over 30 years the experience that I received today from Patricia was over the top detail oriented precise to all that I needed to know did not miss a step she was unbelievable smile eye to eye contact enthusiasm if I could employ her I would make a her a manager over seven locations to bad my business is in Monterey also she would be a excellent trainer to teach the new staff how it’s really supposed to be done.

Omg! Unfortunatly i locked the uhaul keys in the van. Time was running out and thank goodness Nicolas was very patient & had uplifting words to me. Thankfully he was able to stay an hour late for roadside to help. He also assisted me at another location previosly to help me choose this location.
