I spoke with Maritza on the phone today about holiday hours, and I also asked about a rent increase coming on my account next month, which I had not been notified about. She was more than helpful, giving me a 6-month freeze on my current rate, confirming my contact info and telling me when to expect an email notification of the next rent increase (6 weeks prior.) So glad I asked!
