This review is for Ayana very bad customer service she is a rude person doesn’t know how to interact with customer I have been a loyal customer for public storage for years and had never encountered an employee this rude thank god we have options like Extra Space.
Yes I'd like to complain about the the customer person over at the public storage on Crenshaw her name is ayana she's not friendly when you walk in the office she doesn't read you yes what do you need is the stuff like that then you talk to her and then she really not listening to you but then she just upset if you ask her a question and she says well it's not my fault we're nobody saying it's her fault but I'm just trying to get an answer and then she gets all rude what do you want it do you want it or not or you know you don't have to take it you can go somewhere else and I just don't think that's the way your customer service people should work with your your customers because now they don't want to come back to that site which I don't want to come back to pay her anyting I go other places to pay my bill and that's an inconvenience to me but thank you and I hope you reprimand her and you don't have to try to fire her or anything but just reprimanded or give her some more training

Very friendly and helpful employees on site, however the price of the storage when we moved in a couple of years ago was $350 a month, now it's $690 a month. They just keep going up on the rent to fast and to often.

I got my storage unit the beginning of august, I realized the light did not work and I had a problem with the door locking properly. At that time I asked the staff to repair it, and they said they would. It's been almost 20 days later and it's still not repaired. I will not ever recommend Public Storage to any of my friends. Because I cannot see in my unit and my things are not locked properly.
