I wanted to write a review about the customer service I received at the11625 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA location. Moving can be so stressful and Nan had such a great attitude and was so helpful.
It was such a busy day, and so many people were there, all trying to get their things moved in. She helped everyone with a smile and was so happy. She was fast and efficient. Even the customers that were there were saying how she was just "handling things." I needed to let her and the company know how great of a job she was doing that day. Thank You Nan!

Very clean storage building, the staff is great. Not real happy with the app or the hours but satisfied otherwise.
Unit was robbed and ransacked less than one month after moving in. Security cameras everywhere passcodes required, obviously an inside job. No help from management.
Carri Is exceptional her timing was exemplary she treated us with professionalism care and concern attended to our every need we felt very welcome I’m glad to be a board. And Jade is the best, always greets you with a smile, very professional and takes me like I’m family. Love her big time!

Nobody works here. They will waste an hour of your day waiting falsely for nobody to show up. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody will check you out, that way they get an extra months rent for sitting around doing nothing. This is not a business it's a SCAM and nobody should give them a dollar.
Nan did a exceptional job she is a very nice and caring employee and her customer service skills are off the chart she always has a smile on her face Nan is always a pleasure to work with and I will recommend all my friends and family to rent with her property

I am a current tenant at this facility and I called to speak to the property manager about my recent invoice. Angela answered the phone right away and was so kind and helpful. She answered my questions and solved my issue in less than 3 mins. What a total pleasure! If you are looking for a storage unit go see Angela!
I had to switch my belongings from one storage place to this one and I couldn't be happier. It is always so neat and clean. I was helped by Nan Jackson and her communication skills were amazing. She made sure to lay out the cost, access information and store hours. She met us with a smile and friendly hello and made the transfer easy and effortless.
I was having a bad day but Nan had such a positive attitude that it made me smile. She was very helpful and informative. I was nervous about leaving my things behind but she assured me that they will be safe and that I can always call with any questions I may have. She made sure I could access the app and understand pricing and what I had to pay.
I went in yesterday to get a storage and I had some problems that were all on my end. But Ashley went above and beyond trying to accommodate and help me. For which I am so grateful. Busy carrying boxes she even got a cart for me to carry my boxes with. It’s nice knowing such sweet people exist and are so patient and understanding. The facility itself is great, very secure and feels safe.
So glad Nan is back. Order and cleanliness is restored. 👍👍👍😁

I recently switched storage facilities to this location. It was tough to navigate the hours and I couldn’t have made it without the staff. They’ve got some great people working here, but definitely take note of Nan. She’s always worked with me regarding payments and access and helped me get the right coverage for my unit. She’s fantastic, if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be here!

I came into the store. Ashley greeted me really great. She also answered all my questions that I needed for my move out. She helped me with boxes and tape and also I asked questions about the storage and I got a 10 x 10. Thank you.

Came here on Sunday with my movers and the lady who claimed to be the manager made me wait 2 hours before coming to let us in. Keep in mind I have to pay the movers by the hour. After calling to let her know I was coming, as soon as we arrived she just disappeared for 2 hours. I was told on the phone that I needed to show ID in order to be let in so it was very unprofessional given the amount of time we stood there for. When she finally came, she didn’t apologize or seem to care about making us wait. She just said that she’s the only one here today and that she doesn’t get paid enough to be there.. She had a very unfriendly demeanor and was inconsiderate/rude during the whole experience. Would have gone somewhere else if I could but that location was the closest to me.

Can’t emphasize Jade’s help enough - Cheerful, courteous and went out of her way to attend to my situation regarding the lost key and new lock. I’ve been there for years. Great, safe place.
Nan, Otis, and Gerren are the superstars of Public Storage. They work so well together. The building is clean and always smell good. You have questions they have answers never get the run around with these 3. They’re always smiling, very polite and funny, BEST people to be around. I waited to write my review because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a one time be nice and rent situation…they’re nice ALL the time gives off a family type of vibe. They made my 1st day, my in between days and my current day very enjoyable. I’ll be sad when I move out but as long as you have the dream team there Barrington will be just fine.

Would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately they rarely have carts available because they only have 6 for the entire facility. I always end up having to carry everything up myself or wait 15-30 min for someone to appear with a cart. Such a bummer but other than that, everything else about this place has been wonderful!

Great storage facility. Ercan is great. Otis is great. They were both a huge help when an issue arose with my unit. Very helpful, thoughtful, professional and courteous. They both deserve a raise. Also, Aja on their customer service support line was perfect. Kudos to the district manager as well for their support. I’ve had great experience from this public storage team. Highly recommend them.

After 6 years of being with public storage my rate increase kept going up every 6 months. I get that but if the employee's hourly rate did the same I would be happy about that.. The employee's Claudia, Nan and Otis at 11625 Olympic blvd have made me very happy every month I pay my bill. I could easily pay online but I look forward to seeing there smiling faces every month. The 3 of them even convinced me to stay at my unit because I found a better rate in a different city. I totally support hard working people and customer service.
Purchased some boxes and came across employee named Claudia which found to be extremely helpful and courteous and went beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.

You can't beat a clean, organized, facility with a smile. When you see Otis, you can't help smiling back, when he greets you. His humor will lock you down as you go along, you feel so free because of the security here.
Nan, was born with a smile. Always, like her counterpart, business comes first. Showing, how well they all work together, so operation stays tight, well teamed. Yet Nan never misses a chance to help out her neighbor when in need. We are not just patrons, customers, or people with interest; we are her neighbors. We look out for one another, within reason.
Claudia's approach when covering, is, nothing too far... or where you are, she is there. She will meet the need.
So Public Storage has to make sure they touch bases with one another.

Nan and Otis are a dream team. I just absolutely LOVE these 2. I love that they have some rules and boundaries. They go the extra mile to make sure our belongings are safe, and they do it all with a smile. And when I tell you the entire building seems to glow now, it always smell so clean from the office to the bathroom to every single hallway 😁 The app and GREAT customer service is much APPRECIATED 👍👍👍
They jack their rates after you move in. This place changes their hours of operation without notice which, inconveniences anybody trying to pull their belongings out. It’s the dirtiest storage facility I’ve used. There have been multiple break-ins to different units. I do not recommend this location.

First time ever walking into a Public Storage I was completely confused and unaware where to start. I walked into the office and was met with a smile from Otis. I told him that I had no idea where to start and he new exactly how to help me. Whole experience was full of smiles and laughs. Genuinely a good soul. Shoutout Otis, excellent worker 👍

Let me start by saying that I was having a rough day. And that was before I even started emptying out my two storage units for my move north. Claudia happened to be working on this particular day. And if it wasn't for her, my day would have been a complete disaster. She treated my wife and I as if she had known us for years. Her friendly demeanor and can do attitude made one of the worst days of my life tolerable. She really was fantastic. Thank you again, Claudia!!
I experienced the absolute best customer service with Claudia as my advisor. She is knowledgable, friendly, and set me up with exactly what I need for my storage requirements. The facility is clean, safe, and easily accessible in retrieving or delivering items. I love seeing Claudia at the front desk cause I know if she's on site, my questions will be answered.
