Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3821 Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA

Due to an emergency I had to get a storage for short term. Danny was very helpful patient, and curtious during this process. Unfortunate for me money wise, but nice to have met a pleasant person.

Shay, Danny and Ashley were the most OUTSTANDING, and PROFESSIONAL representatives that I have ever worked with. They made my move in exceptionally uncomplicated, now I know where I will be doing all my future moving. GREAT STAFF!!!!!!!!

On September 30th I arrived at 4:00 p.m. and the manager was nowhere on site. There were about 7 other customers here at the location and they stated that they have been here since 3:00 p.m. and did not see a manager when they arrived. I waited around so I could pay my bill, I figured that since there were customers still inside of the storage packing and unloading that the manager will have to show up soon to lock up the storage and set the alarm, before 6:00 p.m. closing time. Well the manager never showed up. So I still waited. The onsite manager that lives at the storage arrived at 6:45 p.m. now my public storage is located on Crenshaw boulevard the internet went down so I was unable to pay my bill there and my property manager directed me to come over here on Jefferson to pay the bill. When the manager pulled up I politely approached her car and signal with my hand. Asking are you the property manager she rolled down the window and said we're closed with a nasty attitude. of course your closed I know that I've been waiting since 4:00 I did not speak to her in that manner that is just what I was thinking. I politely let her know what my situation was and I am from the Crenshaw public storage and I was directed to come over here to this location again with the nasty attitude she tells me the office is closed and been closed since 2:00 p.m. and she is not opening up the office, and call the number on the door which is bad advice because it's after 6:00 so even if I wanted to speak with someone it's after hours and that's impossible and she should know that being management but that was just her dismissing me very rudely. I understand not opening up the office that's understandable it's after hours you have procedures and protocol. But to speak as if I'm bothering her. there was another lady with me that moved out and was trying to return the keys and she told the lady to be out by 6:00 for no charge or fee well me and the lady both arrived at 4:00 p.m. and waited the lady proceeds to tell her that she stated to her to be out before 6:00 and she said she been here since 4pm ready to turn in the keys and very rudely to her she said did you take the lock off? go take the lock off or you will be charged the lady stated that she didn't know that she didn't tell her that and she's been waiting here all this time to give her keys the manager goes on to say oh I had an emergency. I'm not corporate but a 4-Hour emergency and yet you didn't tell the other locations that you were out of the office or speak with the surrounding public storage manager of the other location so they wouldn't send anybody over to this location! that's just very unprofessional her attitude is unprofessional and she speaks in a unmannerly rude way. Her actions is not what you call management or professional. I've been with public storage 6 years and my management on Crenshaw are very polite professional and accommodating I have never received this kind of treatment at my location on Crenshaw I think corporate needs to re-evaluate who they have as manager at this location. I believe for this manager at this location it's more about her having a place to live above the office than providing great customer service and representing public storage in a decent manner. 👎🏿👎🏿 I had a terrible experience and I'm so glad that my storage is on Crenshaw because I don't understand how the customers interact with her she's very rude!!!!

Ashley is the Main Manager you will need to deal with, She is super nice customer service is phenomenal!!😁 She goes above and beyond keeps this location super clean! Anyone that needs a unit, boxes and moving supplies they need to come here. Best location Still 💯

I have been using this storage facility for a few years now. One of the reasons I stay is because the staff are professional and kind. Most of my interactions have been with Celeste who has always been very helpful and informative. She is always in good spirits and is the kind of person that can change your day from bad to good because of her positive energy.

I LOVE this storage facility! I was kinda traumatized after my previous storage unit at a non public storage location got broken into and almost everything was damaged/stolen... HOWEVER, this public storage is very well kept and very secure. I LOVE Ashley! She's the manager at this location and she is so easy to talk to. I was impressed by how customer service oriented she is and how she always says hi when she sees me and reminds me when they’re about to close which I always appreciate. Ashley is so sweet and it made me kinda sad to tell her that I would be moving my belongings out. But whenever I need to rent a storage space in the area I will definitely come back to this specific location, just because I know my belongings will be safe here. I also wanted to mention that Ashleys smile is so big it’s contagious, it’s impossible for me not to smile back! But for anyone who's looking to store their belongings in this area, I highly recommend this location!

My visit to Public Storage located at 3821 Jefferson in Los Angeles on 04/14/22 was Great. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my storage experience. Her customer service was amazing and above board. She made sure I was happy with the size of my unit, the cost of my unit and the duration I was going to keep the unit. She was Awesome. I also saw how she interacted with the different customers goings and comings. She was very aware of who should be there and who should not. She handled the different situations with ease. No rush, no issues. She has everyone sharing carts when not in use and everyone getting along. Needless to say I am happy to know that my belongings are safe and protected. Give Ashley a RAISE! Yesterday, I went to have a look at the unit and had the pleasure of meeting Ashley. She was very polite and professional. She showed me my unit and the locations of elevators for use. The location was very clean and I felt extremely secure with keeping my belongings there. Ashley informed me of my options of payment, either in person or online or on the app. I chose online, I was a little confused about the online charges and went into the location today, where I met Daisy, who was extremely welcoming and friendly. Daisy provided me with a print out and explained all the charges for me and made sure I understood. I left the office feeling very relieved!!! Ashley and Daisy are both wonderful staff members. I feel so fortunate that I was able to find a storage location with such amazing staff!!! I’m very happy with my interactions with Public Storage at this location. I definitely recommend this location to others if you’re looking for a place to rent a storage unit.
