When they're here, things are real smooth.
But apparently there is a staff shortage cuz there are regular times it appears that there's nobody here.
I work with homeless kids on the Westside of LA, every day, and I'm moving stuff in and out all the time, & phone planning, from my units because of their needs.
I know staff shortages are affecting every business.
Just hope the corporate people can see fit to make sure there are more employees on the bench.
And not go totally virtual.
Bring your stuff here now. It's safe.
And clean as hell. Erçan, especially, is a perfectionist with that.

We've had a unit in this facility for almost 20 years. The facility is always clean and recently updated the elevator controls and installed a keypad for entry into the building for added security. The office manager, Ercan, is always friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. I've spent a lot of time at our unit recently and it was reassuring to see Ercan walking the floor inspecting the units each time I was there.

Ercan is the absolute best manager and always attentive, friendly and literally always happy working. Ercan is always working - never sitting around - he is always busy cleaning - I even saw him cleaning the external garage doors down. Erjan always makes me smile. Public Works Facility is really clean.
My only complaints are upper floors are recently painted but no grip sand - very slippery floor - somebody going to slip or fall. My only other complaint is the access hours are 6am to 6pm. Need later access hours until 10pm

Ercan (pronounced Erjan) provides the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. He's made renting 2 storage units so seamless and is always ready to help. It's a hot day and you've been moving stuff into storage units for 45 minutes, Ercan to the rescue! He offered me a cold bottle of water. You suck at backing up a uHaul? I do! LOL. Ercan to the rescue! He guided me patiently to help me back up the uHaul as close as possible to entrance. He's genuinely such a nice person and always has a smile on his face!

Been calling the facility for 1 week everyday several times a day. Left a message no response. Why have a phone number. I even called from different phones. Nothing at all.

We were late on a payment due to a client billing issue and got charged a $100 late fee. When I went in to pay the balance, Ercan helped get that reversed for me! The first time renting from Public Storage and the procress was very smooth. With the help of Ercan, my husband and I were able to unload in under an hour. All procedures were communicated, and customer service was great. Definitely recommend.

He explained everything we needed to do and even took the time to take us to our unit. He helped put our belongings into our unit. I've had two storage units at this address for more than a decade. Just a couple of blocks from the 405, it is always clean and secure, the staff is always helpful, and the temperature is always comfortable in my second floor units. Especially during fire season, I am glad that this particular location remains both accessible and far from danger. The only negative I've encountered has been unpredictable, sometimes large, rent increases. Fortunately, often when I have pointed out odd disparities in the rates for my units or how long I have been a customer, staff has been able to help me secure a significant downward rent adjustment. Five stars to Ercan, the current manager, who was enormously helpful recently when I emptied one of my units. He answered all my questions and, probably because he noticed my walker, pitched in unasked to help my aide throw a few boxes into the trash and load my car with boxes, heavy shelving and a cat condo that were on their way to a thrift shop. Bravo! And thanks.

In a little over a year, the price of the unit has been raised twice and is $169 more than the initial price. They raise it randomly and the first time went from $239 to $357 after 8 months and as of today (14 months later) I find it’s up to $408. Just disappointing they can justify these kinds of random price increases. It’s not like they’ve had to hire more people to be onsite during open hours or the facility has suddenly needed more electricity to operate. First chance I get I’m out of there and will never use a Public Storage facility again.

The rent here is sky rocketing. Since 2020 my rent has went from $200 to $418! It is no longer affordable to store items here. I would highly recommend looking at other companies. Multiple times when I have visited the platform trucks (large dollys) are locked up and there is no one to be found working there. These price increases are just to squeeze the renters. The bathrooms have been closed for years and there have been no improvements or anything justifying the increase. It's just a money grab from people who are facing already increasing prices everywhere.

They raised te price after u move in, turned off the bathroom, and they changed the hours.
The gentleman working, Troy was great to work with. Troy made my move in experiance a lot less stressful then i assumed it would be.
Within minutes of walking in, i was quoted prices for all storage unit sizes, and which levels they’re on.
I chose my storage unit size and after viewing the unit within 15 minutes I had my keys and gate code.
Very professional customer service, best prices in town. I will use this location in the future when needed.

They really cleaned up around here, it's so awesome like a breath of fresh air. I noticed they were fixing the roll up doors awhile ago but not yet completed. The rest room still needs some work but I guess it's a pipe situation and one thing at a time right? The property is small but very clean, Nan has it smelling and looking great. She is nice, knowledgeable and great at her job. The app is awesome and very useful so is Erental. I would recommend this property and manager any day. 👍👍

Sasha is an absolute angel. When we were downsizing our unit, she made the transition much easier by allowing us multiple days to move without any logistical hassle. Then, when a table turned out to be too bulky to take away, she went above and beyond by spontaneously letting us store it for the night on the first floor, without any extra charge, plus helping us move this extremely heavy table (past closing hour). Clear, competent, calm, and always with an air of kindness. Thank you Sasha!
