Madison was very helpful at finding the best deal for my storage needs.
We met Sandra at the Livermore Airway Public Storage when.we walked in to get some information on a storage unit. She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and even took us to see a few units so we could choose the location that worked best for us. We decided to rent the unit that day; Sandra was quick and efficient with completing the paperwork. She truly made the experience very easy, it was a pleasure meeting Sandra.

The worst experience - at the Livermore facility. Their website says you can hold a unit - asks for a move in date. It also talks about making a no-commit reservation. The reality is that this is meaningless as they will let a unit you have reserved (with a move-in date) to anyone who walks in off the street. I made a reservation. Confirmed over the phone. Had a loaded truck ready to unload. The person in the office told me that she had just rented to someone else, even though I was early for my move in date. Also, I am an existing customer and I had confirmed to add the new unit to my account. Dishonest marketing and terrible customer service.
I went in to this store so confused my first time needing a storage an i was lucky to have great support from the store one of there employees Tiffany was so patient with me!

I went to price out a unit about a month ago and a very nice gal was in there, very informative. I think her name was Nichole. But I have been there 5x’s now trying to rent a unit and there is no one ever there! The only reason this is getting 2 stars was because Nichole was so nice in the beginning. I went to interstate down the street, go there, at least there will be someone there.
Nichole was super helpful and knowledge, and took care of all our needs. She was very friendly as well! Thank you Nichole! My fiance and I moved in here about two years. Nichole and Chris have always been great! They know us both by name always check on us. I always see them out and about keeping the property up. Any issue or have had they're quick to help fix it and take care of us.
I went in to look for storage, but unfortunately, for me, it was filled. Nichole, the manager, was so friendly and outgoing. It was like I knew her from a past life. She understood my frustration and was very supportive. She helped me pick out the right moving supplies and let me know of the other locations. Thank you, Nichole!
