I rented a storage at this location last month. It's very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place. Jessica helped me right away. She has excellent customer service skills. Closed my account in may, turned in keys, and called to confirm everything was closed. Months later in September found out they had still been charging, hadn’t closed the account and were trying to force a lien despite email trails showing I’d been in communication confirming my exit from the unit. Requested a call from their local location from the corporate office and never received one, have called repeatedly and been met with endless ringing and no answers. I’d reneged from them successfully in the past but seems the they just have been declining in service and best practices.

Jessica, the property manager at this location, she's awesome! I have been a renter here since 2012, and eventhough I live out of the area nowadays, I can always count on her to be understanding of my needs, even with me living two States away now.
While I do most everything online these days, I know I can call into the office if circumstances change, and Jessica has got my back. Jessica is my go to staff here, although the staff in general is friendly and helpful as well!
She's very kind, personable, understanding, professional, and patient, and if you ever need to call in concerning your unit, you definitely don't need to hesitate, she works well with people.
