At the moment there is a gate problem on the centinella exit. Sometimes it's needed because the entrance is blocked by loading trucks.

Had an emergency plumbing issue, a leak on the second floor! First floor was in a small rain storm, and needed to get my home office electronics to a safe dry place.
They weren’t even open yet! Hit the QR Code, on the door and got to a rep. We did everything on the phone, she sent me a link, signed , and was able to go in? #Technology right! That’s NOT THE BEST PART…..
I WAS SO EXHAUSTED at the end of the day, drove out with the key around my neck, YES I LEFT MY VALUABLES completely unlocked and easily accessible. The girls make regular rounds at the facility, and saw it, secured it, emailed me, and called me to let me know!

this location property manager has the worst customer service. she isn't very knowledgeable on proper policy and procedures. She has a Very nasty, arrogant disposition. i had a past due balance that she did not offer proper help or options for me to clear my balance up. She was very snobby and rude when I was talking to corporate about the matter. expressing that I may be talking to a foreigner or somebody from another state. Because nobody can just talk to corporate. She proclaimed she is property manager and what she says goes. She also expressed that if I didn't pay by a certain time a third party auctioneer would come to get my things. Well before the office even opened. Would not explain to me how the auction process worked. i am paying waaayyyyy to much for a 5x10 unit and I expressed many times that I am experiencing a Financial hardship. She offered no options to help me resolve my account. I even had my church pastor call to help me resolve the issue and she was nasty to my pastor as well.. public storage absolutely lost a customer of over 10 plus years. One bad apple can definitely spoil the bunch I would not recommend this property at all. The units are priced insanely high and customer service for lack of better terms trash!!!

This is the best public storage facility in the entire LOS Angeles Region. I came from New York and was really in a pinch and the professionalism that was shown to me by Maritza and Ulysses is TOP NOTCH. They have the entire facility looking clean, organized and running like a well oiled machine and if it wasn’t for them, on several occasions I would have been in a real bind. My AMAZING customer service rep Brandy was a Shero with a cape. She was very attentive to me during a high rate caller about their personal belongings. There was a guy for the auction. She took care of at the same time still acknowledging me during all of her transaction. That’s why I call her a Shero with a cape because she handled everything, with great character, a smile on her face, and handle all phone calls customers coming in and customers signing up. Service is really bad they never come to your table to ask you anything you wanna add the barbecue because they have a catering they bring you the rest barbecue from yesterday in my experience. I cannot say enough negative things about my experience here. My stuff was stored for over a year. One day I get a call saying my unit door was kicked in. They couldn’t have cared any less. Property Manager Eric acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Said to call the police. I had officers stop by on three separate occasions. Each time they were told footage wasn’t available to review. No accountability. How can I spend $250/month for such a tiny space and you can’t even afford security cameras? Myra, the district manager, did not return my calls. It’s a facade. Their insurance provider is an inane headache. I would be surprised if I get even 20% back of the value of my stolen belongings. They do not care about you. They do not care about your belongings. Do not store your stuff here.

I'm an Uber driver I took a passenger to this facility to plead with the worker to go in the storage which yes was overdue but had her brother his hair he had passed away a year or two ago and his death anniversary was coming up and all she wanted was the hair and was willing to pay $200 of the $700 owed just to go in and get the hair while the management declined her request with such I'm human connection it was heartbreaking and left me to deal with the young lady crying out of control I will never give any business to this storage facility as a matter of fact I wish I can give you a negative five stars

Very displeased with the customer service. District Manager Myra did very little to help my situation! Why have a we care department if they acted like they care and didn’t keep the promises made. I feel like I’ve been scammed by a company whom should be here to help me but instead brought more confusion and frustration in my life. I am extremely dissatisfied!!!! If I could leave no stars I defiantly would! I really hope this helps them improve in the custom service side of business. Customer bring business so they should be treated with the upmost respect!!
First off I would like to say that I am very displeased with the district manager Myra not giving me proper information when paying for my storage. The agreement made to pay a price when I came in on a previous day in October was paid in full. I sent someone to my storage in October and they couldn't get in because the associate says I owed money! After calling many different times and speaking to many different people I became more irritated because the more people I spoke to the more I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over.Today I went in and the associate was sitting at her desk on her personal phone when I walked up. I waited a few seconds to be acknowledged by Patrice and she continued to browser on her phone! I said hello once she still was on her phone. Second time I said hello she responded and then proceeded to ask me for information. I gave her my information and continued to pay my bill! Then month of October I'll be been locked out my me unit after I paid agreed amount due to them postponing my rental increase until November. I made sure that the price I had to pay was all I had to pay to have full access to my unit for the month of October to be able to move out before November. That associate at the "we care department" assured me that all I had to pay was that agreed amount and I would have access. However that didn't happen because I'm writing this review after not writing a review many other times giving them chances to fix the problem. The problem never got better and only got worst and more money I'm out of for a lock cut that shouldn't of been done when I paid the amount I was told to pay. Inconveniences I had to go through because of promises made by employees and management. I writing this to help the company. Overall customer service needs major improvement. Giving accurate information to tenant to help them and not hurt them. The lock should of been giving to me for all this confusion but yet I had to pay for a lock when I was given in accurate amounts to be told my balance is 3 different amounts after I paid said amount to come in today and be told I didn't have an amount due for October and I was oy paying November rent and past insurance for previous month is very displeasing to me. This has been a very bad experience with public storage and I would never refer or rent there ever again!!!

I was looking for a place to store my stuff. I went to Public Storage because of its proximity to my house. Originally I thought it was an Extra Space Storage because the building is green black and white, so I called Extra Space Storage asking about the rates for their location on Centinela. However it turned out they were talking about a different location on Centinela, and I was talking about this location...a Public Storage. Anyway when I got there I was greeted by an associate named Maritza, and was totally blindsided by the prices. Luckily Maritza was both experienced, and understanding n so she was able to walk me through my confusion. After telling her the items I would be storing, she explained the prices and sizes perfectly, and gave me the perfect recommendation. If you are planning on renting a storage facility here, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. 5 stars

The Public Storage facility in Inglewood is fantastic. Andrew and the whole staff are always so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this facility if you have storage needs in the LA area.

The staff is amazing! Great place. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I was recommended this place by my friend and best choice I made to come and see the affordable prices for storage.
They have the worst customer service ever. I had a reservation booked and it was not confirmed to me when I went there with my boxes and movers to use it. They came back with a system issue on my reservation getting automatically cancelled with out any cancellation emails sent. At last I had to request my movers to keep it in their storage for a month where I ended up paying more than what It was originally planned. I would not recommend this to anyone.
