We quickly needed a small storage place for several months. We chose this public storage because it was close and the best price. Renting was quick and easy and efficient. (And very courteous)
The space was clean and the access times and accessibility were great.
Interacted over the months with Kristen who always provided great customer service and often could be seen inspecting the premises and cleaning cobwebs on the outside of the facility. Kristen also checked me out of the unit when we ready to stop using it. Same great customer service. Highly recommend this storage place.
Excellent option and always friendly, interested staff... I wouldn't want to take my years of loyal patronage away from this Public Storage location. No matter what. Happy to give 5 stars as someone who always pays my fees far, far in advance and enjoys their service. Easy to use, clean, and efficient storage units like this one are definitely needed for some since locals are always camping or grabbing surfing gear . Much appreciated

I was traveling with a U-Haul and needed to stop for several days as I got sick and the guys working at the storage place were so sweet each time I had to go in and use the restroom
...... Also when I called to check on pricing there was a special and I got a great price so I could also afford to pay a worker to unload my U-Haul and leave the stuff in storage while I was there at a hotel getting better. I appreciated the price for my budget while traveling and I also got free Sirius radio on my phone for joining public storage..... Thank you for helping me when I needed it...... They also have dollies and carts which helped ALOT.. The only thing I found challenging is putting the gate code in when leaving... You have to get out of your car and then get back in quickly and I'm an older lady with arthritis and don't move that fast....but the room was a perfect size and easy access with the elevator.

So let me say this, best customer service and best fast and easy process 🤞🏼, I'm so glad I chose this location for my storage needs it's very nice taking care of and very safe. The manager is very nice and sweet she took me to review the storage location and it was amazing I couldn't ask for any more of the best customer, I currently went to a different storage but they ran out of space and I was hoping to find a nice area as well as that one and I don't regret this decision so go ahead and get the storage 5 out of 5 !!!! A wonderful associate from Public Storage named Kristine helped me substantially lower my rate of my storage unit because she followed up with me about a new unit reservation! She took the time to listened with compassion and with the wisdom to find a solution to meet my needs before moving from Santa Barbara with a reduced amount of possessions in tow.

This location offers Good Customer Service. The Staff here is professional and friendly. They do a great job of maintaining the restroom clean for customers at all times, unlike other storage facilities I've been to in the past. They also have a candy bowl for customers, which is a nice little gesture and they don't get upset by the fact that I go into their office every day and take most of it.. LOL! Overall I rate them 5 stars because of everything I just mentioned and because they have great business hours from 6a.m. to 9p.m. daily!

Wanted to write this review to give a shoutout to Jonathan and Eddie. They have been incredible in helping us switch out unit. I came in 10 minutest before closing and Jonathan took time to answer all my questions, while Eddie checked on our unit. They switched over the unit - made sure i was happy and provided all the follow up. I am happy with the facility and the way they have things automated but the customer service that Jonathan and Eddie provided was outstanding.
