Finished my paperwork with Dale in person at the Albrae office for an online reservation. Dale was really helpful in explaining all the terms & conditions and patiently explained some terms a few times so we could understand before we committed. The process was seamless and everything went as planned - would recommend talking to him if you are interested in renting out a space!
The storage has convenient access with your phone other than that the roll up doors are super hard to open. They already know that they don't work right but have not fixed all of them.. beware of the hours 626 isn't much access to your unit

Dale, who is the manager at this location was very helpful when I needed to close out a unit that was originally under my sister's name, as well as helping me find a good deal on a larger unit.
Closes to soon, no temp control, light bulb is broken, rude staff especially targeting the poor homeless people trying to survive living on and around their property.
Dale is awesome! He’s always so helpful when I come in to just make a payment or buy supplies the facility is always clean and smells so good when you go in the office.

This guy Dale is very friendly yet professional. Don't be alarmed by the neighborhood. Dale makes up for this locations' shortcomings. The economy and recession have caused many issues involving the lack of affordable homes in the area. I'm so glad I dropped in versus struggling on the internet. Dale solved my short-term storage and packing problems. He also explained the best options for my situation at a good value. He trained me on the Public Storage app and the locks. The new Public Storage is very automated.

There're storage options everywhere you turn in the bay. However, I have rented 3 units at this location and it's because Dale that I return. I guess technically everything can be handled without assistance at this location, but Dale was there when I first rented. I had actually messed up the online reservations and Dale called to understand what I was trying to change where he helped resolve my modifications with ease. He's down to earth and is patient. I retained all he went over including freight elevator and policies because his walkthrough is simple, straight forward, and informative. I feel safe at this location and will continue to use and recommend.

I have been renting for over a year at this site, I have no complaints. I have used other more expensive sites before I used this place, I won't be switching from this place. This storage rental is the best bang for your buck. Dale, is the attendant I see most of the time, he is super friendly and has always helped when I needed something. I recommend this place.

Great place was very helpful
My parents have been storing their items in 3 units for the past year while they were in-between their move. After finally being settled in their new home out of state, my husband and I made arrangements for a UPack trailer to transport all their items.The trailer needed to be dropped off and picked up in facility. Dale has been extremely helpful and instrumental at assisting us throughout this process and for that we are extremely grateful. From the beginning of the rental process all the way through to the end, Dale has been fantastic! If you are looking for a storage facility, for whatever reason we would highly recommend this one!
