Michelle gets 5 stars! Her proactive customer service during the recent move out of one of my units was so great. The location is well lit, accessible, clean and my go to for storage needs.
We rented a space for about 8 months starting 2023 and good experience with this location. Belongings were just fine when removed them. Facility was always clean.
Michelle was always professional and helpful from beginning to end. She is doing a great job. We were also able to get help with adjusting our rate when it was time to adjust the price.
Check out was smooth and straight forward.
Billing was easy, no surprises.
I haven't rented here for years, but needed the space currently and so happy to be back! Michelle is an absolute pleasure to work with, and she's one of the best in the business. The facility is super clean, well lit and the downstairs is nice and cool on a hot day.

I came here about a month ago and it was such an enjoyable experience. Michelle and Robert are the two who helped my nana and me in there. Super friendly, super helpful and very clean! Michelle asked me what I planned to be storing so I explained everything and she had an idea on what size would work best. She then took us up to show us and see if that one she recommended worked for us and it was perfect. Michelle was great with the recommendation on the size which I was super impressed with. The price for what size we got is super reasonable too. I highly recommend this storage location with the staff being super friendly, helpful and very clean.
I did come at a later time and ran into Michelle again. She was super friendly again and doing some cleaning inside the common storage area.

I recently visited your facility to inquire about storage space. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was and how nice the clerk was. Her name was Angie. She was a very efficient and so polite. I will be renting from this facility in the next few days. She made sure I was clear on the rates and all the rules of the facility. Good job! The the other storage facility run by different company kind of just threw me some rates and sent me on my way. However Angie made sure that I was clear on the rates the unit sizes and all the information that I was asking she had a clear answer for me.
I had encountered some billing issues and faced difficulties with the Public Storage app's acceptance of auto-payments. However, I had the pleasure of working with Michelle, the property manager at the San Ramon Road location in Dublin. Michelle went above and beyond to assist me and promptly resolved my concerns.
Despite the credit card error being on my end, Michelle took the initiative to research the matter and graciously reversed the late fee. Throughout the process, she maintained excellent communication with me, providing updates and liaising with the corporate offices. As a result, the late fees were successfully removed, and my auto-payments were reinstated through the app.
I am truly grateful to Michelle for her exceptional customer service and dedication to resolving my issues in a timely and effective manner. Her attentiveness and commitment made a significant difference in my experience with Public Storage. Thank you, Michelle, for your outstanding assistance!

Great customer service. Mitchell was very helpful in changing our unit. The door opening in the original unit was much smaller (not even 3 ft) than the size of the unit (5x15 ft) indicated. Be advised to physically check out the unit before the move to avoid any surprises.

Worst experience of my life… No one there during supposed “open hours” and the gate code issued did not work TWICE. Had to leave five VMs to get a response, and after coming back again with my belongings in tow, the gate still did not work and no one was there for the second time (12:00PM on a Tuesday). Ended up having to scramble and find a unit with a different provider. Seriously the worst customer service I’ve ever had. DO NOT store your things here…

Clean, good value, and usually not busy
Recently I had to switch units to a bigger one. Nicole was very helpful in making the transition fast and easy. She was very friendly and more helpful than the prior employee interactions I had. I was helped today by Nicole O at Public Storage on San Ramon Road here in Dublin. Not only was her office spotless and orderly, she immediately went out of her way to assist me with my questions. I was impressed by the way she spoke slowly and clearly, with patience and was totally professional. If you need a storage unit, you will find this place clean and managed well.
