Security is questionable. My unit had a hole made from the other side of the wall and the dry wall was pushed in. Instantly the girl tried to put the blame on me asking if I had stuff against the wall. It’s all protruding inwards as if someone is trying to break in. Making this known so if anything happens it’s noted and they’ll be held accountable. Not to mention after that incident my next bill went up over $100. Retaliation?

Appreciate this place. Need to fix some automatic pay issues on the app, if we turn off auto pay it should not be allowed to extract from our bank account. Ran into some discrepancies with double payment and it was almost a hassle to retrieve those funds back.

Public Storage is a racist place especially when it comes to the African American. Mexicans get away with everything there. Even Caucasians. It only have Mexican and white employees. They give African Americans really hard times there. I recommend you to try other storages before renting from them. That goes to everyone!!!

Will definitely not come here again!!! They screwed me out of all my belongings. Sold both my units for $50!!! My whole entire life was in those units! Kept raising the price of my storages wouldn't work with me on getting a lower rate nothing! Now my whole entire life's possessions are gone including important papers and my son's memory box and my dogs ashes!!!

Couldn’t find a cart in my storage unit and so i called for the front office. Spoke to a guy and he was rude. Said to me “Again, like i said”. You work in customer service. Act like one. Btw my rates went up 50 dollars for no particular reason.

They went up on the rent without contacting by phone or text which was my method of contact so i was being charged late fees for not paying the full amount. I was only paying what the previous price was. Then they put a lien on my account and deny me access to my property. They also never answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Im moving my property out of there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Today I went to get something from my storage and unfortunately got there right at closing but thank god Angel was still in the office. He wasn’t supposed to open up for me but he helped me out. I appreciate kind people like him.

I rented a space for 10 years.
The rate was $94.
By year 10 the rate rose to over $200.
For the record, I canceled my unit before paying the over $200 rate.
Finally, all of the employees at this location were very helpful whenever I would submit a request to have my rate lowered. Most of the time it worked.
