I’m fairly new to public storage because I was with a smaller mom and pop storage facility. I wanted to try a chain because of the new customers specials they had the price was pretty similar but I did save money because of the specials. I was a little hesitant but Chris gave me all options available and he helped me compare different options for each unit. I ended up coming to public storage and so far it has been pretty simple to deal with. No hiccups or complaints. Simple process and I would recommend.

Great service, commercial type storage facilities available at reasonable prices.
Staff is great and very helpful. The 2 stars are due to the huge price increases . Within 1 year My storage went from $291 to $374 then a couple months later it went to $428 . I called to ask about pricing and new customers were getting a better deal , probably just to lure them in then increase their price months later. Luckily there are other options locally so I moved out.

Jen who is the manager if this location was so helpful and courteous. She even came by and helped me clean up some of the trash I had which saved me a trip and lots of time taking the trash myself. She did this out of pure kindness and all with a big smile. I would DEFINITELY rent here again and recommend this facility highly. The security is also excellent here.

I recently purchased storage space, because I was in need of extra space, and Angel at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional with helping us choose the correct size and something that was in our budget. I know it’s been almost ten years but my experience with public storage in my opinion was not that good one employee who used to word there named Regina would give me a hard time would threatened me on locking the unit I would also try to talk to her because I lost my job at the time and would not want to assist me in overall they need to get people who are more courteous and helpful

I have been storing my personal belongings at this facility since 2015 and am extremely pleased and satisfied with all services provided. I have always found this location to be safe and clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.
