Great place if you want all of your belongings to end up smelling like a moldy basement. (Which got worse after the rains this winter.) Or if you like staff who get mad when you ask them to do their job on the weekend. Days they are, believe it or not, open. But you have a 50/50 chance someone will be at their office. So tough luck if you need a dolly Saturday or Sunday (kept locked up in said office.) A “courtesy” you have to argue with them over in order for it to be extended. But you’ll probably be fine without one given there’s no freight elevator. Just a normal one. So good luck moving your couch. One star feels too generous but whatever

I was a tenant for a few months before Public Storage acquired this facility, but after only 6 months of renting from this location PS raised my rate by an unconscionable 36%!! What kind of company treats their clients/tenants like this? PS does! They know very well the challenges of switching to another facility, and they get ya. The staff at this location are fantastic, but I would recommend looking for a different non-Public Storage location.
There’s no one at the reception during the day, the place is closed and no employee can be found during office hours. Very disappointing.
