Easy and convenient...the app makes coming and going so easy! The BEST part is Kat, the on-site manager. I signed up using the virtual agent, which was a bit confusing, but meeting Kat on my first visit made it all ok. She provided me with all the details I needed and answered my question about putting a carpet in the unit. She made sure that me and my brother's use of the storage space would be without incident. She's the best!

First off property manager does Not live on site. I called this morning rented a 10x10 unit and so.eone from facility was going to meet me at site. After waiting 1and a half hours and no one showed up to help me i called i was transfered 3 times i spoke to representitive who informed me the uunt thzt was reserved for me was not a 10x10 but a 8x12 inside 10x 10 was drive right up to . 3 hours later im still waiting for someone to call me back. Think twice before renting a unit here.

Too many times in life we complain about customer service but rarely comment when service is great.I went into to Public Storage to upgrade my unit.I was greeted by a wonderful employee or manager named Suzannah.If she isn’t a manager she should be I guess a transfer of units usually takes a couple days she did it in an hour including going to another Public Storage for proper paperwork.With the customer service I received you have a customer for life.Thanks again Suzannah
Ambrosio was very helpful. From the moment I showed up I was greeted and asked how my unit was working out. I wasn’t satisfied with my unit so they got me into one that is much better! Thank you for your help!
The front desk to this location is automated, which I am a fan of. The location is clean and the units are easy to access. They have a really cool freight elevator to get to my unit which is really convenient.

Horrible service. Was harassed by two people claiming to work for public storage....said I was violating the agreement by having the door rolled half way down (for privacy while tending to my personal and business items) the woman was quite rude and so was the guy...they would not identify themselves after being asked (so I can file a formal complaint) after I asked for clarification and to explain what I was doing....she falsely accused some more and then threatened to call the cops. (All because I was in my unit with door rolled half way down.... for privacy) She thought it was my "office". Unreal at how unprofessional they were...I feel scared and harassed and can't believe they threatened me with police because I wanted credentials and for them to identify....they had no uniforms or badges and for all I know are criminals casing the storage unit (probably not but you know what I mean) I pay tremendous money and keeps space clean and neat. I cannot reach the property manager even after numerous phone calls and messages....I cannot reach corporate...there is no one to call...so it seems they run a unsupervised reckless crew that is allowed to say and accuse whatever they want...without facts or listening to the customer. I will be cancelling immediately and requesting refund.....ALSO...the hours of entry are HORRENDOUS. GO ELSEWHERE
