This storage place has been great with the exception of price. This place is definitely expensive i pay almost 700.00 a month. So definitely not cheap. I wish it was more reasonable!

Can't locate the dolly. Called and no answer. Multiple customers tried, but no luck. A customer has to hand carry multiple trips for hours.
I was assisted by Amaya and Sheena. Both of these ladies were so amazingly kind! Amaya provided me with detailed information regarding the rental process and insurance coverage. Both ladies took the time to answer any and all my questions. I truly appreciate their warm and inviting nature.

The office is always always always always closed. A few times I had issues with my unit there’s no one to speak to at the office another time I wanted to borrow a flat cart nobody at the office

I rented a storage unit from the Chula Vista location on Fenton and the service there was great. Joe, was very helpful, he answered all my questions, and concerns. He made some suggestions and showed me three units. The place was clean and it felt very safe. I was very happy with the service and I would suggest it to everyone.

My wife and I came in looking for a storage unit as were transitioning into a new home and we were greeted by two smiling and helpful employees (Amaya and Sheena). They did a good job explaining the rental process and were efficient in getting us a unit that best met our needs.
Facility was very clean and organize which was the main reason we decided to keep our belongings there.

There's no carts like there used to be, unless you go to the office to get one, good luck with that. No restrooms! The parking lot gets pitch black because the management believes that if your in the complete darkness you'll just leave so they won't have to deal with you. So only come when the sun is up and plan to leave when the sun goes down.

Hello everyone. I want to let you know that I was robbed here in this storage location. Someone broke in to my unit and took everything so be careful you guys. If possible choose different place I absolutely dont recommend this place. They have very poor security camera system. Again you cannot trust this place. Even the policeman told me that he had come to this location several times for the same reason.
And if you get stolen, the clowns at the front desk will say that you got robbed because you didn't use their Lock.
Hola amigos, no elijan este lugar. A mi men han robado en este lugar. Me rompieron el candado y se llevaron todo. Y hasta el policia vino y me comento que el ya habia venido varias veces ahí a investigar por la misma razón. Tienen muy poca camara, la oficina no te ayudaran para nada. te van a decir que fuiste robado por que no has usado su candado. Por lo tanto casi no tengo posibilidad de recuperar mis preciosas cosas. Amigos escribo esto para que no le pase lo mismo a ninguno de ustedes. Asique les recomiendo que si o si! vayan a otro lugar.

March 2022. UPDATE- After talking to the manager (Veronica) she promised to take care of things and have new carts and bring things back up like when I first started using this storage. Unfortunately they never did so I decide to stop renting there unit. It was very unfortunate to see how under this new management they couldn’t keep up the excellence they had before. They did give me a discount for the inconvenience but it was such a hassle to have to bring my own cart to move things it was ridiculous. It’s a shame that you can invest in carts, I would see everyone complaining about it so I don’t understand why they can’t do anything about it. The rent is not cheap so I’m sure they can invest a little bit of that to have a great place specially with so much competition in the area.

Veronica called and apologized for the inconvenience and as any good business fixed the problem by getting new carts. **[Complaint] Storage with no carts to move your belongings? I go to the front office and they say they don’t have to provide me with that service? Charging the amount they charge? I’ve been to storages in San Ysidro, National City where the units are not so new and they do give great service, carts included😱😱. Definitely will have to go some were else. I had been a client for three years but since they changed to Public Storage.
