This place is only amazing because of Marie. I am not sure of her last name but she has been great since I first booked my units. It's been almost a year now. I recommend this location. The best reason to store here is Maria the manager. She’s a gem; great customer service. Facility is clean, well situated on a main thoroughfare, easy to get to, access (parking lot and elevator) has never been crowded, and units have a/c (at least some units including mine). (Just beware if you’re going to store longer term: after low intro rates, within several months, unit rates climb at Public Storage sites.)

Great experience with not just the facility itself (easy access, clean, etc.), but in particular with the woman assisting me -Marie. I had never gotten a storage unit before and must have called her a dozen times to get information on sizes of units and costs, etc… she was great!!! Very patient, answered everything; even called me in her own to follow up and make sure things were going well and I was satisfied. I’d recommend PS in a heartbeat, especially this facility, primarily because of Marie’s help.

My second experience with the PS office was just as great as the first. As I was loading my storage unit, I realized I would need to upgrade the size of my unit! In a panic, I again consulted Marie at the front office. She walked me through this process, assuring me that this happens often, and went the extra mile helping me figure out my U-Haul situation too! Thank you for hiring her, she is a star employee.
Visited my storage a few days ago at this Location. The weather was horrible so much rain, upon my arrival noticed it to be well lit, umbrellas were readily avaible for customers. Staff was eager to help if needed. Was a safe and great expirence.

Marie at the front desk was SO helpful to us. She even gave me some tools to get a splinter out of my hand. She got a little undeserved flak from. Management for letting us stay late (we were unloading loads of heavy gym equipment) and we really needed the extra time.

When I was deciding whether or not to rent a storage unit, I was initially concerned about whether or not it would be a good decision to leave my possessions at a storage facility instead of storing them at my personal residence. I found Marie to be extremely helpful as I contemplated my decision. She went over the various security protocols that were in place there, and she even helped me select the most appropriate unit that would work for my specific needs. I have a habit of asking a lot of questions, and she was extremely patient throughout the process. She was able to address all of my questions in a professional manner, and her sense of humor was an extra bonus. Great experience overall.

This place is never safe. Someone tried to break into my unit last March, and today October 18, 2021 I got a call that someone break in to my unit again. 40 units were opened??? Seriously, you raise my rental month after month and this is what I get. Again, NEVER trust this place. Trust me. Not worth it. The back gate is an easy access for thieves to break into. Never!
Don’t fall for their deal $1 for first month. They will bump it up sooner or later. And whatever is lost during the break in they will do nothing. Looks like inside job.

I've been a customer for about 7 years. . . and I have nothing bad to say about any of the employees. Richard retired, but he would be proud to know he might have had a hand at training ERIC... HOWEVER, EMPLOYEES LIKE ERIC ARE ONE IN A MILLION. THANK YOU SIR. YOU ARE EMPLOYABLE BY ANYONE AND ARE AN ASSET TO WHEREVER YOU ARE BECAUSE YOU IDENTIFIED A PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT BEFORE I HUNG UP. UR GONNA RULE. CUZ U ROCK. Lucky Bailey aka Rachelle. I put my belongings in the unit all by myself and it almost killed me. you dont know but Richard would recall. but I did it to force myself into working hard cuz I instantly was homeless but driven to make a career for myself in film and tv. I figured that paying to live in a house in another city than hollywood would make filmmaking career harder. so I put it all in storage. and sold my valuables. drove back down to San Diego then the midwest. i had to force myself to become who I am today. im about to unload that unit. and forever will be grateful that you held onto it. while I found a way to change my future. im now an award winning filmmaker and thank you.
