Annabelle made the process easy to transfer to a smaller storage unit.
Customer service is usually really great but beware of Anabel, she has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. She will threaten to cut off your lock if you don't immediately do what she says and when you ask her to assist you in figuring out how to lock it. She refuses stating she can't send me an email with a visual of how to lock the door since I'm incapable of coming during office hours. Then proceeds to spam email me four times telling me to re lock my storage or there will be consequences.
Power trip much, if you're capable of harassing me and sending me emails telling me to re lock my storage you can absolutely send me a visual of how to "correctly" lock my storage unit.
AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS IN NEED OF TRANSFERRING MY UNIT. JESSE WAS HELPFUL WITH STARTING THE PROCESS THEN ANABEL CLOSED IT OUT. SHE IS EXCELLENT AND WHY I WILL CONTINUE TO STORE HERE.SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE PUBLIC STORAGE STAFF FOR BEING SO GREAT.
There was a trouble with my gate code that left me worried, Anabel was in the office & was patient in her responses to my confusion and concerns. All the employees here have been so kind and helpful for every concern I have with them. thank you.

I came here based off the reviews… but last week I was so turned off by David in the office. He seemed put off to help me and my partner. He wouldn’t show me a space and rushed me out of the office. I ended up going to Trojan Storage which has better customer service, rates, and security. I have never been treated so poorly. This place sucks!
This company is all about money they take your reservation and promise a spot, then sell it to the first person that swipes their card. The young man at the front desk was very rude and did not get any support after. Don't rely on their reservations they will still go ahead and sell it out from under you.

Update : I've been renting here since 2010 and I probably could have purchased a new house with the amount of money I have paid. But I keep staying because Victoria always helps me with my rate and helps me consolidate into a smaller space. She really is underpaid for all she does at the property and for her customers. A raise should be in store for her. Thank you for your outstanding customer services and years dealing with me.

Great Service!!! Reserved a unit online and within a few minutes Victoria called me and set me up with an appointment time. I have to take out a storage at this facility. I bough the storage and yesterday they wasted 2 hours and they had trouble doing the paper work because they were having issues. Today feb 21, 2023 10:45 am. I rented a truck i paid 2 employees to go clean it out.. and they are not bale to let me in because all the employees are on bacation and the mamager called in sick. You guys either need new new employees or a new manager, how can you make them loose all this money and time after ypu have an agreement. I wish this would have happened to me first hand but im one of the employees, someone has to be replaced theres no way a manager will run this so badly that its unatended anyone can go in or out by another car leaving and noones here to take care of the place. This is not a reliable place to trust on. If the manager left the place unatended in not onlly because he/she called in sick but because she does not know how to run it. How did you send every employee on vacation and then call in sick and put that as an excuse to why noone is thre to atend the bad business you run. I called to see what they could do and thats how i know why theres no people here. At least they had an excuse but what about the im sorry you guys gave them. That will not fix this. Noone opened the storage or helped us get the code we have to leave
Pricing is way better here than at West Coast Storage. Victoria found me an awesome price for a 10×20. Security is good and propertys well maintained. Mary helped with my paperwork and she was very friendly.

I came in to rent a storage and Victoria was very patient and helpful as I haven’t done this in a long time. She helped me with the online process and got me a really good deal as I was on a budget. She helped me download the app and make sure I understand how to use it in order to get to my space.
I had water damage in my unit and Victoria listened to all of my complaints and solved my issue within minutes. She transferred me to another unit at the same price and assured me she would take care of the issue at hand. This is the type of customer service that we love.

If you need Storage in the Bay Area, Public Storage Curtner is the place you need to go to! The customer service here is UNMATCHED! They have a large selection of sizes and pricing. Victoria is professional and patient; and the newest girl Ruby is such a firecracker and super bubbly.

We visited here yesterday to rent a long term storage unit. The girl working chose to lose a rental over us not opting into their insurance. #1 I know their insurance is a scam. #2 I know they do not pay most claims in the case you need the coverage. See we have our own insurance and these types of businesses CANNOT refuse your right to use your own. Nor can they refuse your right to be self-insured. I worked in self storage for years and although it was the worst job ever, I treated people with dignity and respect. I did not treat them like idiots. I explained to them their rights. I told them the TRUTH. Do not rent with P.S. I recommend A-1 Self Storage, Snell Mini Storage, or Little Orchard Storage instead of PublicStorage.
