If I could give zero stars I would. Let’s start With the zero communication. Secondly complete rudeness from store manager. I was always taught that in this type of industry you should be able to speak and communicate to the consumer, but in this situation it’s not the case. Can’t say all public storages are the same as I do business with other public storage and do not have any issues with them so it makes me believe it’s the manager. Upper management should review cameras once in a while so that they could coach and develop their managers.

What I like about this place is that it's safe an especially for the location. Also love that I'm able to leave before 9pm. Thanks again Dawna for always telling me it's almost 9pm.
