I had a good experience renting my storage unit. Utopia was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was neat and clean. I would recommend it to Antioch residence because you can easily drive up to your unit and unload your items.

My house burned down and I had to get a storage quickly, I have now been using public storage on sunset for almost a year and a half and have had no issues at all. The lady at the front Utoana was always happy to help in any way she could. She was helpful and friendly and always had a smile on her face. ( not like other storage places where the ladies are just plain rude) I highly recommend using Public Storage but not just any one, the one on Sunset is the best minus the early hours that they close but otherwise the lady who runs it is great and I have had not have I seen any issues with break ins. Thank you for all you do to keep my junk safe.

The manager on duty Utonia is the best! She gets 5 stars for customer service. So many businesses are failing at customer service these days, so it was refreshing to have someone listen to my concerns and address each one with a solution. Her mother is also very helpful knowledgeable and well-respected in our community. Great family!

Not sure how this company has 4-5 star reviews. I got a unit not even a full two weeks in and they gave my unit away. Lied and said I called and requested a move out (which never happened) gave me a hard time TWICE not letting me put anything in it. Not even mentioning the rude old man who locked the doors so we couldn’t even get another unit. Majorly inconvenienced me multiple times & I’ve lost over 200$ in just getting my stuff moved back and forth not even being able to use the damn storage not including the money I paid for the unit. I don’t recommend, save the headache and try another local storage unit company.

Had a number of units at this location for serval years. The staff were always very helpful and easy to work with, especially Utonia. The facility is very clean, we never had any issues with pests or rodents.

There is not enough nice things I can say about the manager Utonia, every time I come to pay my aunts bill she is either out cleaning the property as it is well kept, or in the office providing Great Customer service not only to myself but those she is helping who are in there prior to me. she is always kind and will make sure anything you need is taken care of promptly. Recently there was a situation with my aunts storage Utonia dealt with it quite professionally and quickly. I can honestly say Security of the property and your comfort are her Top priority. The manager was kind, the prices are expensive, and they don't pro-rate your month if you only need it for a week. So for one week it cost $306.80 for a 10×20 storage room. I literally got it on a Friday and had it for 6 days and out on the 7th, and they were already setting up to auto bill for the following month. The following month is pro rated, but that does zero good for those who don't need it long term and only need it for a move. All in all, everything worked out for us, and I learned not to waste money on storage that doesn't even allow you access to your unit after 5 pm. That's another thing. Go look at 24-hour storage facilities, so you can access your stuff after work instead of waiting until the weekends to get your stuff out of there on your days off. Would I come back here again.... that I don't know about, but I might if the 24-hour storage locations don't have any available for me if needed.

Tabatha was amazing!! First let me start off with she left me a very informative voicemail after making my reservation online which made my process a lot easier. When I arrived to the storage she helped me look for the right storage for the items I had for a reasonable price as well as got me set up with the app and more. I had my two-year-old with me who was very busy and she was just the sweetest to him and did not mind him being a two year old lol. She also has great customer service skills and she definitely knew how to put the customer first! I would not mind recommending this public storage or the one on Deer Valley! Lastly Tabitha and Utonia help my other family members and they had nothing but great things to say about them both!

Utonia helped me today transfer to a smaller unit to save me some money, she has been truly amazing I really appreciate her so much, I'll tell everyone to go see her

Its 10:30 am and Office is closed. There are 2 cars stuck behind the security gate, who cant get out... they been there for over an hour. Nobody answers the office phone. I am here to rent a unit. But it doesnt look good.

Do not go to the Deer Valley location in Antioch, I didn’t even get to move in because I was given the wrong code and couldn’t get help because the office person left early. The following couple of days I rode around with my car full of boxes because I couldn’t get access and unfortunately no one was in office on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Thankfully, Utonia from the Sunset location in Antioch was able to help me. I was able to move in, no problem getting in the door or storage…. Everything went smoothly. It was a night and day experience! If you choose Public Storage, choose the Sunset location and Utonia will gladly help you! Awesome customer service!!!

She’s very understanding and communicates very well and also keeps her tenants happy as they can be I give her a rating of 100. she deserves a award. she’s one of the top best people working here! I recently went to Public Storage inquiring about moving supplies. I have never been to Public Storage before and I wasn't sure what to expect regarding the service. I was greeted by Dani, she was professional, knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. Dani even provided me with additional options that not only suited my specific needs but also saved me money in the long run. Public Storage had exceeded every expectation that I initially had and I look forward to using more of their services in the future.
